They did that sending copy after copy of email chains dumping 1038 unmarked documents night before discovery closed. They never said anything was privileged. Hiding the needles in haystack. Only a trial with witnesses will prove my case. In Summary Judgment day 32 that the judge has been looking at it. I think if there was nothing there he would have written his opinion and found in the defendants favor.

When giving initial disclosures are you supposed to give them your documents you will rely on in trial? The opposing counsel is saying I have to but they haven’t given me theirs.

When being ordered to submit an 2 amended complaint can I now request for the defendant to submit their documents to adhere to the judge disclosure order. The only thing the opposing council sent me was their insurance information. The document they use for their non discriminatory and legitimate reason for my termination wasn't submitted as well. However that document may not be submitted considering the defendant altered the document to reflect such and I submitted the original non modified document. 2nd question, I know I have to turn over the information I plan to use for my defense, However I have a recorded audio of Defendant impeaching every reason for his termination; when do I have to hand this over. I listed it in my exhibit appendix (Georgia is a one party state).
