One thing I have found is that the Clerks will double check how you file things and give you the opportunity to correct your errors. If you are timely that is the important thing if you choose the wrong drop down or don’t attach something they will let you know. Then you google it and write up the document and send it back through the electronic system. You are doing the Lord's work helping all those Pro Se people who for whatever reason can't use a lawyer. You're inspiring so many people to handle their legal business on their own! You're awesome!
The top three reasons pro se litigants can't use a lawyer are 1) money 2) money and 3)...yep, money. It is not only the poor. Only those who bring in $300 per hour and up can afford attorneys who charge $300 per hour and up.
@@LauraLynnHammett It’s also a spiritual exercise. There is NEVER a reason to allow corruption to get away with what they usually get away with because of fear. Unfortunately, many aggrieved don’t take a stand for their rights under the law b/c they get intimidated and find it easier to “let it go”. I’m talking about the level of conviction that can’t be paid for with the shallow, disloyal involvement 98% of lawyers in ALL jurisdictions.
Blessings Empress! Our rights have been violated and We are hurting for no other reason than the color of Our skin. In Alaska the system and the non profit need to be held accountable. Our Right to Sue letters were issued and time frames are micing on. Tossing and turning thinking of it. Employer took our last checks and have nit paid us and walk about as if they are untouchable. We covet your prayers.

I thank the Lord for you Advocate Lucinda! I was under duress and could no longer sleep. It is 3:27 am PSD. I had been searching YT for help earlier the night before. But, was not successful. Worrisome and tired, I cried myself to sleep, and was abruptly awakened. This time my thoughts would not allow me to go back to sleep. I turned my phone to YT. This time after repopulation, your video "Amended Complaint" came up first in my algorithm. I, indeed know my sleeplessness was a prompting of the Lord's. Can you do a video on requesting a evidentiary hearing this is very important if a self represented litigant has evidence if denied the appellate court can review the evidence
Thanks for the inspirational wisdom. The defense filed its Motion for Summary Judgement in my ADA claim this past May 7, 2024 and I responded on June 4, 2024. The defense responded yesterday June 11, 2024. How long before the Federal Judge responds? My suit was filed in March 2022. I was terminated and financially castrated in February 2021.
I am so tired of the astonishing amount of corruption. My motorcycle was stolen and I figured out how they shut off my camera and the police refused to come and fingerprint the building circuit breaker. But that's only the cherry on top for the poop sandwich which has been my last 2 years dealing with them.
I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with that. I’ve had issues with mine for the last 2 years, we well. I don’t know that they call them investigators. I’ve never meant one who actually wants to investigate.

Every state has a trial handbook that includes rules and procedures for trial. Google "trial evidence handbook" for the state the litigation is pending in.
