A very wise man told me once when I was seriously considering "shacking up" with my then, boyfriend. He said, "If a man is really in love with you, he will marry you. If he isn't ready to do that, he's just stalling, waiting for "whatever" else might come along."

Oh my gosh he's so good, this is wisdom y'all. I learned so by 28 yrs old, I didn't devulge my life story, I hid my weaknesses for at least 2 yrs into a relationship. Love vs in love is two different things. In love is a comfortable feeling. It’s a certainty and you can feel it. It’s not desperate, it doesn’t cause anxiety. It’s a choice.
