I got a feeling that he was in on helping her flee, but as soon as she accused him, he gave up on helping her. If those people saw her enter her dad's car, how come that same dad didn't see that his daughter's car is crashed?
What one person might find attractive could be seen by someone else as uglier than a mud fence with toads on it. Everyone has different aesthetic tastes from others.
I love how the officer in the second one is laughing his but off at the girl not because she's flirting with him but the attempts she is making to flirt with him are absolutely horrible
I actually thought she was kinda cute despite, you know, being a drunk driver. Way more endearing than the vast majority of what we usually see on this channel
In my country they passed a law where yoy instantly loose license + they take away your car and sell it. There was a stupid girl who went to driving exam drunk, instructor called the cops. The cops took the instructors car and now she has to pay $30k for the car lol.
@@iconofsin1043ayo they sell it? Ive seen a lot of stuff so far but i never heard of them selling someones car 😂 what country is that? I wanna know so if i ever get there i know to go in something cheap at least 😂
Did some research and its in Latvia. Anyone over the limit by 3x can get their car taken. But since the government takes so many, they can't auction them off fast enough so there's warehouses filled with confiscated cars.
I'm honestly not even sure if she was trying out of a DUI or just enjoying the male attention... She honestly might be the kind of girl to show up at his front door
My dad always teleports the car into our house after running some errands. Gets me everytime when the car appears into my room knocking the ever living shit out of me.
I used to work the door at a bar. Drunk women are the worst kind of people to deal with. I had more problems with them than I ever did with drunk males.
A friend who had been a cop told me how he handled women drunks. He would speak so sweetly to them as he escorted them out of a bar with his hand under the upper part of her arm (called bat wings) and would give it a real squeeze. Compliance would follow.
She’s off her face and calls her dad and he picks her up and plays along (probably not realising the extent of the story) - he’s basically enabled her her whole life
It's incredibly naive. The idea makes me shudder. Fortunately I've never been to jail. I would really hope that everyone would try preventing her from going anywhere near a proper jail. I've only ever spent a night in the lockup. I was young and I cried, because I'm a jerk and it happened right in front of my family while we were cooking dinner. A lovely Friday evening with my elderly parents, siblings and a visit from the Australian Federal Police over an unpaid fine I'd forgotten about. Seeing the way she behaved with the cops when she was drunk honestly scared me. If she went to a full on US jail I would hate to think what happened to her.
5:41 "I'm too cute for prison" this reminds me of when a bunch of people wanted a guy who murdered a mother and her daughter to not be charged for the murders because they said he was too cute/attractive
@@Dnodi.1 here it is .08 and only because you can blow a small amount if you took certain medications. Also diabetics in certain cases can blow positive if they are in keto acidosis. It usually is very low so the .08 covers that as well.
Actually most cops are in horrible shape and catching someone who is drunk is not that hard to do. Cops need to maintain weight and fitness stardard and most of them cannot do shit when it come to running after someone more then a block or two. Meanwhile when you join the Army you will learn to run with 3 time more then what these cops wear and you day is basically 16 hours long. A new private makes about $35,000 a year. A cop can make over a 100k with overtime.
i love how the phrases "i know my rights" and "I know the laws" are actually rarely used by people that actually do know. I'd say 90% of people that say it couldn't be more clueless
Fr. Cops be saying I know the law while violating it, and “sovereign citizens” shout civil rights violations when cops are not letting them get away with breaking the law
"Your car is stuck in a house"... "Oh, that's hearsay"... I love it. This girl has been so confused by all the talks about "alternate truths", she now thinks she can deny the most basic facts.
The second girl, that cop should have shut her down immediately by telling her the things she was saying were inappropriate. He also allowed her to touch him. I've seen others taken to the ground for the same kind of "friendly"touch.
Friendly touches are no cause for being taken to the ground at any time. ‘Don’t touch me’ is meaningless whine. I’ve seen a drunk on a train platform actually push a cop. That’s here in Japan. Sure, the guy had been causing a disturbance but once the cops came there job was to protect the drunk and get him off the platform. They succeeded. The guy walked off, was not led off, though a policeman was on either side of him. A calm, friendly atmosphere. I’d bet no charges were filed. Usually taken to the station and either contact the family to come get his drunk ass, or put in a taxi.
I don't think it should be legal to drop assault charges when it is on bodycam. I see video after video of officers getting assaulted during arrests but when you see the outcomes the assault charge is usually dropped. It just burns me.
Same!! It’s so annoying that people are allowed to get away with that, yet they’ll be the first to yell “police brutality” if they’re made to feel even remotely uncomfortable!
Have you ever heard of a plea deal? That's how MOST cases are handled and they involve negotiating charges for a confession and not wasting the courts time. Maybe you should do some research before posting dumb shit again.
I think it's just part of their job, if the suspects picks up on the fact that you think or know their lying, they may stop talking or demand a lawyer (which is their right) but I think its all just a tatic base thing, to hopefully get the suspect to admit to their crime willingly.
When will fools realize they don't know the context for why the charges were dropped? Yeah some people aren't going to learn, but some people sincerely realize just how much they've messed up afterwards, and in those cases a lesser sentence can be very beneficial.
I was giggling during that girl, trying to flirt the whole time🤭🤭😂😂 Especially because you could tell the cop was so flattered, he would’ve flirted back in the real world 😭😭😭😂😂😂😂
Baby no, you are delusional if you think being that desperate or overbearing with no wit or dignity is attractive. Some girls like guys are really bad at flirting, but she was really positive.
A few years ago a woman stabbed her boyfriend multiple times and nearly killed him. The local media saw "domestic violence" and immediately took her side - yet the DV was for HER!. Then the Sherriff released video, which showed it was 100% her aggression. The media just fabricated new BS, "we don't know how many times he may have struck her before the video begins" (IT WAS ZERO!) Want the truth? Believe the OPPOSITE of what the media says!
@@confusedbadger6275 all the shoplifters being let go with warnings that caused the shot down of FOUR Walmart's in in Detroit because their DA wouldn't parachute them. another DA refusing to prosecute crimes as bad as murder. the list go's on and on and there all right here to be seen and easily researched by googling a few names.
Do disgusting The most advertised topic is DUI on these channels and the biggest cause of death As well Yet the justice system gives no consequences Please protect the innocent, stop letting these people off
To be fair, flirty gurl was kind of on the right wave length. Actually just being really friendly and accepting of the circumstances beyond her control and being as non-threatening as possible is a good choice. Yeah she was laying it on thick, but honestly a little flirty without causing trouble might well have made this officers night. And well done to him being super chill and still very professional with her. Well done to that interaction generally.
Yes, and it wasn't a "plan" or "tactic" either. She's drunk and it seems to be her genuine mood. Women who use that as a tactic will at some point make a compromising offer to a cop, or at least allude to that possibility, otherwise the plan would be pretty useless. She didn't do that. There's no "maybe I can do something for you" remarks or anything.
It’d Ginny when people try to make demands to the police. “Get those cuffs off!? Oh I’m sorry, I forgot you paid for my salary, Ma’am, let me get those cuffs off of your right away. Do you want a drink too? Maybe some Bud Light?”
To be fair, when a cop says "I'm giving you a chance to tell your side of the story", what they mean is that they are giving you a chance to confess. Legally, your best option is to STFU and talk to a lawyer. Guilt is for a judge and jury to decide. Just sayin.
Yes, you don't need to confess, but you also don't need to deny, lie and try to escape. In this case you simply cooperate and literally respond "I will talk only with my lawyer". No matter whether you did a bad thing or not.
What about being honest? Why are you not saying you should tell the truth? Weird to give such strange advice that you should not tell the truth if you know you did something wrong...
@@dddddd211Because unfortunately, the history of justice is drenched with the blood of innocent people that said "too much" and ended in the wrong part of a bad ruled process, just for a 20 years late re-trial that only says "we are sorry for being wrong on you, and for the time you had to be in prison, we notice that we got the wrong person and now you are free" and over. No compensation, no wrongdoing punished, nothing. So even if you are not guilty of anything, just call your lawyer. That doesnt mean that you cant cooperate with the cops, but in the moment that they start asking for incrimination, just stop and call your lawyer, is way faster that way.
@@dddddd211 Because it doesn't matter, you're getting hit with the charge no matter what. So at least make it easier on yourself by not incriminating yourself further
I don’t think the second girl was trying to flirt her way out of trouble, I think she was just flirting because she was drunk. I have seen several videos of drunk women who alternated from aggressive to flirty and back in a constant loop. I think that she is just stuck in the flirty part.
Yeah that was the vibe I got too. And she wasn't even that bad, she wasn't making sexual comments or anything. Honestly the cop probably enjoyed not dealing with people crying/cursing/fighting with him for once.
Kinda the funniest thing I heard “ what did she look like” “ well she was a good looking lady” “okay what was she wearing” “well my wife says black”🤣🤣🤣🤣
6:40 Officer: How much did you have to drink today? Woman: Not very much. Officer: Okay, so what's "not very much"? Woman: Like, the legal limit. Officer: Okay, which is what? Woman: Like, not very much. This girl so dumb fr.
Ya know... I can't even be too angry at the second girl. She was, at the very least, cooperative and otherwise surprisingly light-hearted about the situation. She didn't go kicking and screaming, she complied the entire time. Under different circumstances, she seems like she's not a bad person
The only smart thing anyone should ever say when speaking to a cop is "I'd like to invoke my 5th Amendment right, I request a lawyer and supervisor" followed by deafening silence.
And the supervisor will probably tell you the same thing the arresting officer told you, and you'll have gained nothing. The only place to argue is in court.
As far as I know, pleading the fifth applies only in court. As far as i know also, you can't refuse to identify yourself to a cop without incurring more charges. _After_ you have been read your Miranda rights, _then_ you can refuse to answer questions. You can also request a lawyer. Invoking the Fifth before even being in court makes you look like you don't know what you are talking about.
@@pklar87yes remain silent and don’t tell them your name. Get booked under John / Jane Doe and sit in jail until your fingerprints come back. Then wait for paperwork and a court date which will have an added charge on concealing identity / failure to identify. Great legal advice. Is your degree from the Google School of Law?
It's essential for everyone to respect and cooperate with the authorities, rather than attempting to manipulate or charm their way out of legal issues. These cases are a testament to the professionalism and patience of the police officers involved. Let's hope we all learn from these examples.
For anyone questioning cop #2. He's a genius. When people behave like this, epsecially when they're hella intoxicated, this is a great way to get them to accidentally admit shit... because they're drunk, and stupid. The latter not being contingent on the former. Almost all officers I've worked with, when she said, "I hope I'm the cutest..." would've deadpan'd her like, "You're not." and then when she said, "I'm sorry you're stuck with me." would've said, "That makes two of us."
Give credit to the Dad in the first one. He was horrified when he learned what his daughter had done. At least, you could tell that the Dad wasn't going to stand for that.
Dad should not have to be this surprised, considering this is her 4th OWI/DDUI….! That means that she has been driving while intoxicated MANY times before, because they most often do NOT get caught..!! And this kind of attitude/behavior and disrespect for law enforcement is also not something that never happened before… So either Dad is the MOST NAIVE parent in the world OR he just plays dumb, hoping it will help his daughter. It doesn’t seem likely either, that he didn’t ask where her car was, once she asked him to pick her up. And if he didn’t upfront, he knew immediately when he saw her that she was drunk…. I’m not buying it.
Alright, I'm sick of this. What do we have to do to make sure judges and prosecutors handle these situations properly? 4 DWIs? And still going? Who do I pester until something changes? How often can I do it without it being classified as harassment?
