I don’t get this. I love the show but Chuck hardly lets people talk when he gets started. At times Sarah would try to interject and he wouldn’t let her, Ton of times where he makes an ass out of himself. It also felt like every argument between them, ended with Sarah compromising. He tries to “fix” things that don’t really require fixing and ignores every request to stop. I think at the very least he should have agreed to elope with her. He’s far from perfect.
@@jasontim5858 True and if he was an asshole about it, it would be different. You can see his growth through the series, mainly in S3 & S4. Clark Kent could be an ass in Smallville but he grew and learned. (The writers were also hindering Chuck's growth to extend it out.) Chuck's growth, along with his willingness to help and do what's right, are positive factors to consider. His care of Sarah too (he remembered she didn't like olives from their first "date"). We all have our annoying quirks but can we learn and improve? If so, with other good qualities, a relationship could be created. Not everyone shares this viewpoint but maybe that helps explain why some find Chuck appealing?
Chuck and Sarah had amazing chemistry, but am I the only one who really liked Casy's character ark? At the beginning he was ready to put a bullet in Chuck's head, but by the time the show ended he was ready to take a bullet for chuck.
I think Casey had some of the most pivotal parts throughout the 5 seasons. So many of the story lines took an important turn on Casey's actions and words.
@@bocconom yes, definitely. Although, this entire show was very good at making you feel like the story was going somewhere, and you knew that by the end of the show, chuck, Sarah, Casey, even Beckman, were so different from who they started out as. I can't remember who said it, but I remember someone in the show saying that chuck has a tendency to make the people around him a little softer.
@ -has a masters degree in wumbology Exactly. Casey giving Sarah that CD where she confesses her love for Chuck Bartowski shows this softness well. Thanks much for the reply. Always good to hear from a Chuck fan. :)
@ -has a masters degree in wumbology While there are some who contend the conclusion was fine even satisfying I believe the vast majority of us Chuck fans would agree with your summation. The producers were under extreme pressure to wrap up a very shortened season 5 (I am amazed we got a full Season 3 and 4) but I am still mystified as to the direction they settled on for the last 3 episodes of 5. For a whole lot of us there really is no closure and I believe it is a major reason why there is such a yearning for a Chuck movie or better a Netflix-like multi-episode event. Btw, not sure if you are aware of it but Reddit.com has a fairly active Chuck Community: r/Chuck.
Yvonne's acting is just amazing. There's very few shows were the important information about a couple is not given in dialogue but through touches and gazes. And it makes it so much more believable, because we can control what we say but not what our body wants to tell.
I liked the premise before watching it, but I assumed having the information would make him oppose the government and actively work against them. It’s just so weird how often he goes “rogue”, like letting Jill free and giving her the ring. They would have been much safer just killing him.
Interesting how a show named *Chuck* was really about the amazing positive growth of Sarah and Casey. Thanks to Zachary, Yvonne, and Adam for giving their fans this Intersect of memories.
one of the many amazing aspects of this show was the way each of the characters developed one another throughout the course of the series and the family they created. chuck develops sarah and casey while they develop him.
This has got to be quite honestly the most underrated show in my opinion. The reason it’s underrated is because almost nobody I talk to has seen it. Not to mention the character development of everyone. Casey starts as a stubborn guy doing his job and chuck opens up his emotional side he thought he would never want to show to anyone. Whereas Morgan becomes such a more serious, responsible, and mature adult that people start to like. Sarah also opens up and realizes that it’s ok to be an emotional spy even if it is dangerous if that’s what it costs to be with chuck. It is so saddening how it ends that chuck only got a taste of what he could’ve had with Sarah but that’s what ties it together so well and makes us genuinely feel and relate so well to the characters that are outstanding actors and actresses.
Sam Rees I like to think that the biggest problem that the show had is that it wasn’t centered around one genre of television and had a bit of every genre mixed into one show and because the show is on now on Amazon Prime it is being discovered way more and can finally get the recognition it deserves that it never really got with NBC
Wow every single clip in here a STELLAR moment, all so moving. Also killer music on almost every clip. Just wow Chuck, wow. Truly a once in a lifetime sort of show.
Our family LOVED this show! I remember it was the only show that the whole family would gather around the living room to watch every week! When a tv show can do that in this day and age, that is really saying something! It will always be one of our favorites!
Aside from the fact that he really ain’t bad looking from the very start of the show, Chuck is one of the most believable good guys in tv history I mean his goodness is really genuine and just when u think some of his acts are too good to be true but if u watch him long enough you’d believe that a guy like him actually exists unlike the other “good guy” characters out there.
THIS IS LIKE THE BEST VIDEO OUT THERE FOR CHUCK AND SARAH!! I love love how you got all these scenes here. Amazing acting... also THE BEST DEPICTION OF A COUPLE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! (And likely won't ever see it again)
bird1962 There is several tv couples that i love : Tony and Angela ( Who's the boss?) Clois ( Lois and Clark : the new adventures of Superman and Smallville) Harm and Mac (JAG) Otalia (Guiding Light) Charah, Caskett ...

Honestly when Chuck was airing i was 6 years old so i had no idea there was a show like this. Now im at the season 3 and these two are unbelieveably cute.
Best show, best acting and hands-down the best chemistry between the lead actor and actress. Any sane human would want someone to look at them the way they look at each other, feel the way they do.
You missed one of the best ones!! “I’m a (name for heart surgeon), which means there is one thing I know best, that’s the human heart. She loves Chuck dude” Great video!!
Since the video is about people telling Chuck and Sarah how they feel - that scene wouldn't qualify - that was Awesome telling Bryce (but he didn't know it was him)
TinkyWinky I mean, it always was, but _situationally_ . Or, putting it better, phrasing; “Don’t take ‘no’ for an answer _from_ anybody but them, about that ‘something.”
Well if it's about a career yeah it works, but yeah harassing someone about dating you when they aren't into you definitely does not work and should not be done.
It's not about harassing. If you care about someone or are interested and they aren't, it's okay to take time and learn more about them by talking with them (over time) and try again at some point. Maybe they'll be more interested in you once they get to know you better. Harrassing is not okay, I agree, but some persistence is. Chuck persisted without harassing, for an example. (Some shows have the girl persisting.)
Great vid, thanks! What about the scene in Sensei episode where Sarah and Casey have an argument about Chuck's safety and he refers to peanut butter and chocolate bar? Hehe
They're close friends but nothing more. Yvonne and her husband just recently had a child together and are very happy. Any photos you saw a couple of years ago of Zac and Yvonne hanging out was purely that, hanging out. The fact that people still wish they had been a real couple speaks volumes for their abilities as actors. They fooled the entire world better than almost any other on-screen couple. That alone is incredible.
Till now i still want them married in real life huhuuu my forever childhood crushes 😍 plus all of the cast is very meant to be in Chuck. Theyre just amazing. I couldnt think anyone else better for the job 🤩
I wish they come back with new season,,bcuz it's very sad ending,,Sarah may deserved forgetting all bcuz of all she did as a spy,,but Chuck he deserves to be happy for all what he did,, n he is the one who suffered the most
Clearly people come here still so please suggest as well made love stories as Chuck and Sarah's! I'd like it to be a will-they-won't-they as well as the couple being rather young and good looking.
