Khabib’s career will never be duplicated. He’s a man with integrity, and will always stand up for the people he cares about and for what he believes in. He put everything on the line, worked hard and proved to the world that he’s the best on the planet.
Kabib carried himself with equal parts humility, respect, and grace. I have nothing but respect, admiration, and love for that man and how he stays, unapologetically, to his principles and values he was taught from his family. It’s very rare to be as successful, talented, and having accomplished the level of notoriety and recognition he has earned, to also maintain his obvious integrity and mutual respect he outwardly displays. I, off the top of my head, can only recall one, maybe 2 other athletes of this caliber, in my opinion…Barry Sanders-never showboated or spiked the football when he scored bc he was taught to act like he’d been there before, and then Bo Jackson. Just a super sweet, humble and salt of the earth type of dude. Respect to all of them and whomever I have not mentioned 🤙🏻✌🏻
oh STFU it cracks me up how you take his back handed compliments as being some humble person... his integrity? lol isn't what you think it is, yes he will always be by the sides of his brothers as is every muslim, he gets a special nod for that? please. I dont care about what he believes. this is where you went straight stupid. He put everything on the line? what the fuck are you talking about? he defended his title 2 times. then quit. and hes no were near the best. GSP challenged him 3 times Dana flew out there. Khabib again with his pathetic backhand comments: GSP is a legend, he should stay a legend.. so you can run your mouth but refuse a fight from the greatest of that weight class who is GSP! 9 title defenses vs 2? Khabib had one war, that was with Justin, he almost lost that fight. He needed help out the ring, said hes never been hit so hard in his life. after that interview he retires uses dad as leverage then refuse's a super fight that would solidified his position among the world instead only you guys think this.
Khabib had a stoic calmness that sometimes was a bit chilling. Always acted like he'd already won, but humble. He channelled all his anger into his fights. It was hilarious when he ground'n'pounded McNuggets while talking smack to him: "You wanna talk? Let's talk!" and on he went with the whooping. Love that moment. Total dominance.
Khabib is the most humble and understanding man. His late father taught him how to be a man and that is the most important thing in life. Not the skills or tactics but being human and treating everyone with respect. He will only respond when you talk trash toward him and that's a man with honor. Khabib you're wise my friend and big thanks to your dad for bringing you up as a well-disciplined man.🙏
I was never Khabibs biggest fan as I love the striking side of the sport, but the man is undeniable as the best to ever do it. His grappling ability made me a fan of the art form and what he did in his long and successful career I doubt will ever be replicated.
Have to love this man. He has blessed us with the privilege of being able to see him in this lifetime. Entertained us and showed us about devotion, and discipline
In retrospect, there have been a thousand cocky and disrespectful bums who went through the UFC, people like the Diaz Brothers and McGregor and too many others who are not missed and whose names we cannot remember...but Khabib was a class act and he is both missed and remembered. There's a big lesson here.
I don't understand why you showed Gaethje in this video of "punished cocky guys." Gaethje and Khabib had no bad blood... Gaethje actually had helped Khabib when he was weight cutting in the past. They liked each other and, when Khabib had the opportunity to armbar him, he actually switched his submission hold to a choke because Gaethje's family was in the audience and he didn't want to have a chance to break his arm...
Yeah, I'm not sure how Gaethje disrespected Khabib at all, of course every fighter has to believe that he would win, otherwise he already lost even before stepping a foot in the ring, that's not disrespect by any means. Did anybody actually expect Justin to say "Yeah, Khabib is the greatest fighter ever, I don't even stand a chance"? Of course not.
Gaethje, such a narcissist. Even after losing he still jabbers his mouth. He's lucky he wasn't hurt more than he was. Wouldn't have been the same with a less civil fighter.
It is because saying you are better than an undefeated fighter is slightly arrogant, wouldn't you say? It isn't like Khabib dodges fighters like Mayeather.
Khabib, with broken English, he spoke, Yet every opponent, he broke. His dominance, none could elude, In the Octagon, his reign accrued. With grappling skills, a force untamed, His victories, a legacy named. Through fights and challenges, he stood, A true champion, understood. Language barriers couldn't impede, His message clear, in every deed. In broken words, a legend's tale, Khabib's triumphs will forever sail. ALHAMDOULULAH !!!!!!!!
no they wont they will be forgotten he did nothing defended the title 2 times. GSP the REAL fucking goat challenges him. your boy refused 3 times. once you refuse YOU ARE NOTHING!!!!!!! hes piss. the GOAT challenges Khabib and he refuses..... stop tlaking about him he nothing.
Justin was a really respectful guy. He was confident but acknowledged his opponent. He was also the guy who gave Khabib the toughest fight of his career. He is a true sportsman in and out.
I’ve always been a Khabib fan and he is a respectful and humble person which I find to be a good trait, but he will possibly think he wants to try to bite your heart if you disrespect him and I love him even more now.
@@like2jo4796Aldo went undefeated for 10 years against top competition, Khabib was a weight bully and fought no one with any wrestling skill except Justin gaethji who looked terrible in that fight
😭 I didn't want him too Leave UFC But The Man Made a promise to His mum So had To respect him for that He really is a MAN of Honor 🇷🇺🦅🇷🇺🏔❄️❄️❄️🤼🏻♂️🙏🏿🤼🏻♂️✝️🙏🏿✝️
"It was only business" Conner begging Khabib to spare him. Been saying for years. Khabib could have dished out so much more punishment over the years had he chose to. If you win the belt at 155 or 170 the 1st person you should thank is Khabib's mother.
Khabib was the truest gentleman as a fighter. Extremely respectful of his opponents. McTAPPER was the most disrespectful MMA fighter. It was all about the money. When he attacked Khabib’s character, his friends and especially his family, he showed what kind of coward he was and is. He was no warrior against Khabib. He didn’t go out on his shield. McCHICKEN.
Khabib didn't sound respectful to Conor's character, lifestyle, team, fans and Irish people either. As far as I know, he was the first one to call him out and call him a coward and chicken - not even directly because of Conor, but because he felt he didn't get enough respect from the organization, while Conor could get away with choosing whom to fight because of his popularity. And Khabib meant all he said. Conor is more of an entertainer, playing the villain. People took this way too serious and one sided. When I go back and watch it, I just see a good show. Conor is not some disgusting devil. Two young men with a lower class background grown up in different parts of the world, contrasting characters, doing what they can to make a name for themselves, in their own way. What people hate about Conor is one of the big reasons this sport has become so popular, it is one of the things that highlighted Khabib as a character and returned him so much money. Both of these guys spent years to master their craft and risked their health to get where they got. They both contributed to the game. You can say Conor was all about money, but it does take courage to face Khabib in his prime, in his own weight division, when he is the best in the game, after you have taken some time off from mma to do boxing, perhaps knowing this is what was gonna happen at the end. There is no need to hate either of them for what happened between them. Violence shouldn't have gone beyond the octagon, I don't condone the bus incident or how Khabib behaved right after the fight, but people make mistakes.
It's called a fulcrum choke and according to people who have been on the end of it, it not pretty. They say that you can actually hear(yes not only feel) your muscles, tendons etc. CREAKING!! @@freddymedina-ui7mm
conman mcchicken is the number 1 bs in the entire multiverse yuckkkkkkk uncultured barbarian lolololol can't expect much anyway hahahaha yuckkkkkk #1 bs
I really respect this man! Hard work and a humble attitude make good men! I'm proud of him for thanking the Irish fans, letting them know it wasn't about Ireland, but just one disrespectful man!
Khabib was a goat, he would have fought many more fights in UFC but after his father's demise he didn't. There is no fighter who didn't lose a single round except Khabib, Alhamdulillah.
Khabib in MMA is what is Ali in boxing. Both humble, both are the greatest ever in their sport. They are true role models. If you want to be like Connor McTapper, you are not a good human. Good humans are, and want to be like Ali and like Khabib. Huge respect to both legends! 🙇🏻
Khabib is a true man, true man of his word and I am so glad of the way he carried himself in his career. There is no doubt, NO doubt at all of the respectful champion Khabib is, he made his dad very proud. I am so happy with what has happened to Conner because that is what happens to people who are so disrespectful. There is no doubt about Conner as an athlete but his attitude was shameful disrespectful and he got what he deserved. What kind of low life scum attacks an elderly man from behind at a bar ?
I get the point but to be fair you cant go sleep if you arent being choked. Khabib didnt get his arm under Connors chin. Connor tapped because of the pain and khabib would have crushed his chin without tap.
Khabib was mad at Abel because the latter refused handshake which is disrespectful in Khabib's culture. Not to mention the headbutt at the ceremonial weigh-in
In my honest opinion, Khabib never showed 100 percent of his power. Even when he was fighting the best fighters in their prime, he was always like "give me a hour and i can fight next opponent". He never had enough. He truly is GOAT, i don't believe that anyone could beat him. Even now in his retirement, no way anyone is gonna beat him. The only one capable is time itself ~
