We hear this saying all the time (10%...90%) and we assume it to be true. But sometimes I think life is more than 10% of what happens to you, and sometimes it takes 100% of all you've got with the help of others to overcome life's challenges. Sometimes we have to rely on someone else, even God, to lift us up and help us regain who we once were and who we can someday become. Yes, I agree that how we react to things makes all the difference. But the 10/90 equation can overly minimize what someone is going through. It's not just 10%. Life could be 100% of what happens to you and it requires 100% plus the help of others to "get up," overcome, move forward, build momentum, and achieve goals and dreams. The bottom line...no matter what happens in life and no matter how hard it can be, don't give up, and don't go it alone. We all need each other. Thanks for posting the video.

My son just became seizure free for a year. It was a long tough road but we stayed the course. He will continue to fight epilepsy with pt,ot, and speech therapy. We will continue to fight the good fight.

Hi, I also had epilepsy, I am so sorry to hear you and your son go through it. I Am now 7 years free of epilepsy(I had 150 abscences a day) and medication. How I dont know, for me it was a mirracle. But I wanted to share that mirracles excist. Keep searching keep hoping. And I hope one day your son becomes seizure free.

One year ago I was in my worst moment in life. I mean, I even didn’t want to live, all in my life was a shit. And the worst thing was that I didn’t know what to do. All this year I learned everyday, and today I can say I’m out of this hole, even I’m happy with my life and I realise this path was necessary to me, to jump to another level in my life. You just need to have faith, search the way you need to get out, and have patience.

I’ve enlisted into the Army and don’t ship out til February and needles to say I’m nervous about boot camp. These videos really help to train my mind that no matter how tough something may seem or even impossible, it’s all in your head. We must stay positive even when all hope seems lost, persevere through the most chaotic storms to get to that gold at the end of the rainbow. Thank you for these videos I know they’ll help me fight my anxiousness and anxiety for what’s to come.

I'm this man who have a dream of became a police officer, and we had this 3 test to wear that uniform which is intelligence, endurence and efficiency test in my country. I got cleared the first two, but in the third efficiency test we had this rope climbing, long jump and 400meter., where i fell down during rope climbing at 5 meter and got rejected because i need to chin up my head over that mark they say.. I came home and constantly crying for 2 days didn't know what to do.. This video really helping me somehow to tell me that i need to collect all my broken pieces to get back up and keep trying.. Thank you for this video this really meant a lot to me.. I will never give up..
