As always, I want to emphasize that I am OK. I tend to be very vulnerable in these videos. I share things that would normally be reserved for a therapist. However, this channel is all about transparency, openness, and vulnerability. By doing so, I hope I am creating a space for others to courageously feel and admit to these things as well.
