It's time to give up. Give up your worry, give up your anger, give up your clinging. Surrender that sh*t. Break free.
Understandably, this is the definition of "easier said than done." I get that. But here's the thing... you can give up a little bit each day. Are you overcome with anger? Give up 1% today. Tomorrow, give up another 1%. Maybe you give up 2% the day after that. If you stay consistent, you'd be surprised how quickly this process can move.
If you watched my video about the RAIN method, you'll see that this video is a slightly different approach to dealing with emotions. As with everything, a balanced approach is best. Sometimes, you need RAIN. Sometimes, you just need to give it up. Either way, having a full toolkit is essential for emotional well-being.
