If you go in the opera furinas pig tails glow permanently, I think focalors gave this to furina to make her seem like a more convincing archon since her hair would never glow because furina doesn't have natural abilities, her glow is very faint though in sunlight

The mantle of deity is bestowed by Celestia, but the mantle of monarch is bestowed by the People. Foçalors being only the "divine part" of an archon refers to her being a deity, but not acting as a monarch. Furina being the "human part" of an archon refers to her acting as a monarch, but not being a deity. Furina is a clone of Foçalors, created to act as the Monarch of Fontaine, but she only _pretended_ to be the Deity of Hydro. In other words, Furina was an archon in the political sense, but not the divine sense. You could call her the former Archon of Fontaine, but she was never the Hydro Archon. The plan of Foçalors was to break the connection between the Hydro Archon and Celestia. How she did it is complicated, but upon doing so, Neuvillette became the new Hydro Archon - the new Deity of Hydro - _without_ Celestia's approval. Furina then abdicated as Archon - as the Monarch of Fontaine - and named Neuvillette as her successor. Neuvillette is now both the Deity of Hydro _and_ the Monarch of Fontaine - an archon in both meanings of the word. Furina is now just a human with a Hydro vision.

For those wondering about Furina: Focalors passed her Archon power to Neuvillete, returning the power of an elemental dragon to him, which is why his hair shines and Furina doesn't.
It's funny cause (in my guess) due to Mavuika rebirthing herself she wasn't affected as much as the other archons by time so her power is more potent than any other archons power which is shown that her entire hair is set on fire instead of just part of it.
