I was not popular in high school. Girls used to clown me. I kept my nose to the grindstone and became a robotics engineer, worked out, and became a desirable man. One of those girls, the hottest girl that I went to school with, ended up working for the same company that I'd worked for but as a production worker. She was now a recovering meth addict and approached me saying "wow you look great and you've done really well for yourself, you wanna hang out sometime?" This girl literally looked like the witch from the sword and the stone. I declined and she quit the next day. I'd be lying if I said that didn't feel pretty good.
The first woman. Most men that do body building aren't doing it for women. They're actually doing it for themselves. I've dated a body builder. Met some of the guys from his gym. Only ONE man was doing it to get ladies and he still never got them because he was a tool. He had one of the worst personalities ever.
Difference between men and women. Women doll up for attention and validation from other people. Some men do that shit too but it’s a lot less common. Most that are exercising it are doing so for health and because honestly a good work out feels good. Many men work out at home but you don’t see women really doing that because then they wouldn’t have people checking them out to make cringe videos of

I remember I got in shape over the summer right before my senior year of High School, I was tired of being so unhealthy so i decided to start dieting and working out. When I came back to school so many people were complementing me and it felt good. But I also noticed that a lot of the girls that ignored me before were trying to be my best friend telling me "we should hang out" or try to talk to me and all that shit and it was kinda funny but I was always like nah. Some of them were girls that I had crushes on but after I was fit my mindset had changed and I kinda just forgot about all of them. I ain't no simp.

I've struggled with my weight over the years but had periods when I was in good shape. You'll never guess the times women were far more interested in me. Girls I known years suddenly all thirsty. But here's the real lesson. I never thought about getting into shape for women, I did it for me. it was about my confidence and happiness. Look after yourself and the rest falls into place.

Yeah girls care about overall physique : handsome, tall, broad shoulders and a slimmer waist (the v physique) with a bit of muscular glutes, forearms and an adonis belt of course. When they said they don't like muscular guys, they don't like huge bodybuilders or the lifestyle around it. If you watch the romance fantaisy series, you can see how all the male actors are in good shape. These series & the top 10% of males on Dating Apps are the ultimate proof girls aren't attracted of out of shape dudes. And Chalamet & Davidson aren't out of shape

The reason we go to the gym is for ourselves. If women like that, good. If they don’t, not my problem. But to be honest, it’s great to have a hobby that improves yourself.
I was forced to go to gym to lose weight and fully admit it. I can tell you 100% that I’ve never did it for women. As for myself? Haven’t given a shit about myself since i was born.
I used to be a skinny 6’7 dude. I weighed 195 and was generally picked on in high school. I started lifting in August 2021. Since then I’ve gained 20 pounds, and FAR more muscle. I’m still climbing and I don’t plan to stop the progress. And all you Kings remember to keep your head up, and trust the process. You can do it 💪
In grade 7, I liked this girl, and got rejected in the worst way possible. She made sure everyone knew I liked her, then started to insult me. I was depressed for the rest of the year, and the beginning of Grade 8. Then I met some guys who taught me to keep my head up and go my own way, rather than worry about people who don't value you. I worked out for about a 3 years and now I'm jacked,, and I help my friends get to where I am now. I am currently in my second year of high school. Moral of the story, be the best, and bring the best out of everyone
LOL Ya right, women dont care if guys are chiseled perfection. All thru my 20's and into 30's I was 6 ft, 200 lbs, always well under 10% body fat and girls very, very much gave a shit when me the boys rolled up. From fresh out high school to the desperate middle aged moms, and all the kinds in between, none of them could keep their eyes and hands off.
It's crazy having gone from 6ft 140lbs at 18 to 200lbs now at 30, the sheer absolute difference in the way my average interaction with people, especially women, goes now compared to then.

I would never take back my ex's because they all left me for another dude, my last ex jumped on another dude a week after leaving me (we were together two years) and about a year or so after we split she tried messaging me asking if I want to be friends again, I just said fuck no you lost that opportunity when you dumped me bye, 5 years later I have a partner who actually owns her shit, actually gives a shit and a beautiful 2 year old daughter. Hell I do it for my mental health lol. Working out kept me sane during the "pandemic". But one funny thing i'd like to point out: women have been drooling A LOT more since I achieved a better physique. So that kinda debunks her point.

On a side note, my experience with being fit was that I would get more girls when I was in average shape than when I had a sixpack and muscles.. but maybe that was a fluke.
