Hey Kettle Corn fans,
This video is a blast from the past I had to find this video but this was when I first started back in 2018 when my equipment first arrived. My very first year I started doing a few farmers markets a week and this was before I have my transit and when I was renting a Uhaul van to load everything. These are some things I learned and things I wanted to sharer with you all on if you're thinking about starting a kettle corn business I hope you find this video useful.
To support my channel you can buy me a cup of coffee that's $5 or just like and subscribe and watch the entire video. Thanks for supporting a disabled business owner.

I'm diving into this, and trying to soak up as much advice as possible. Im so glad I found your channel!! Your videos are super helpful, you are literally answering my questions as I watch the videos! I live in the Caribbean, US Virgin Islands, so it's pretty humid here (not quite as bad as some parts of Florida etc). Your comment about bagging promptly makes sense is yet another hot tip specific to my situation. I actually found the website of the same company you bought your first set up, the A-1 Sweet package, with the larger table (not sure they may have updated that since yours?). They seem very legit, and when I found your video talking about how you like them and have been happy, that gave me huge confidence in going with them. The fact that they use aluminum construction and the stainless steel bowl is a huge plus, as it's a fairly salty air environment here. I hope you don't mind, if I do take the plunge I will be asking you some questions, if you have time I super appreciate it. I've been in contact with the local health department, and their requirements for what I would be doing are very easy and minimal. No sinks at all, just hand sanitizer, use disposable gloves and paper towels with sanitizing spray for the tables, etc. I'm going to keep it simple to start with, regular salty/sweet and then add caramel (I'm going with what you use and talk about in another video, and what Greg Sweet recommends in a video). His videos are great too. Thanks again.

Have you ordered your equipment yet? Thanks man. Good luck on your first day. I'm just excited that I'm still alive and I didn't blow myself up. Lol. Or my apartment. Ha ha. I've been doing this for 4 years now and next year is my 5th season I am so happy I can be my own boss. It's very satisfying even if it's seasonal.

@@CaliandAlysKettleCorn thanks. The Master Series is great. I was deciding that and the Greg Mann machine and the Master Series is very light. I was able to sell my old 80quart popper for $1,400 I replaced the regulator and burner. Destiney Sweet has been awesome she’s answered every question I have needed with this kettle and why I upgraded is because my 2nd year I started doing a lot more events and the big events where I do $2,500 in 4 days the bigger machine can easily output that. During the summer man my arms are sore sometimes I do a bag a day 2-3 bags 5 bags a week and it takes time but my business has grown. I started out doing $200 days and now I’m doing $400-$600 a market. So. That’s just some encouragement cause you’ll feel like crap your first $25 day. I’ve had a lot of those. Thanks for watching. Follow me on Facebook. This year I’m gonna do some drone videos I got a graphic designer I hope to make some cool videos like how to sample but I am camera shy. I’m also gonna try and do stand up comedy this year. Which is my 2nd life goal. #1 was to start a business.

@@CaliandAlysKettleCorn and send me a picture when you get started. Helping others is what inspired me to do my channel. So. I’m glad you followed. I get people from all over asking me crazy questions and my Dad always says there’s no such thing as a dumb question. There kinda is. But. That’s the point. Lol.
