Those were Wisco cops. Weed is still very illegal there so that's why they are acting like they hit pay dirt. Because if they couldn't get him on the crimes towards a minor charges at least they could get him for the weed. Also, a big part of this problem is these people usually have their own children, but its operations like these that usually save those children from sick people like these.
Not sure if this posted at all, but I'm posting this possibly again. So those were Wisconsin officers and weed is still very illegal in that state. So they acted like they had pay dirt cuz if they couldn't get the intent to stick they could get the drug possession on him.
ill say the same thing i commented under someone else. i have been groomed by multiple adults at the age 12. i have confronted them jnfront of their friends who knew what he was doing and he still declined. outright saying he would want someone half that age is horrible , horrifying and upright nauseating.
My neighbor (20) was caught touching and r8ping the 4 year old girl he would babysit for a few years. he only got charged and lives a couple houses down from her.
@@tonyacosta4574 i mean the video said she wasn't really active online, it was more so her parents posting videos on youtube of her doing art and he got infatuated from that the parents then deleted her youtube channel and he became even more stalker-like than before which makes it even worse in a way because he didn't even talk to her once but still went to these lengths
Dude only got 4 years. He spent more time than that looking for the girl leading up to his arrest. Soon as he gets out he'll be back at it again, probably after the same little girl, but then again she may be to old for him by that point, he was looking for a 6 year old after all. That fucker needs to be locked away for life, unfit for society.
The last guy is something out of a nightmare. Absolutely unhinged, willing to do whatever to reach his victim and severely mentally disturbed. Not someone who should be walking freely in public. Very dangerous individual.
I think that's true for all of them. I wish we had more strict laws on these kinds of crimes. It's insane how many men commit these crimes only to get out of prison and then assault more victims. I believe the rate of recidivism is like 90%... and some statistics claim that each predator has MANY victims for each victim they are ever convicted of assaulting. Some of them are astronomically high too, but I've never been able to verify them in any way (and by astronomically high, they say that the average predator has dozens of victims before he/they are ever reported.
Thank god the judge gave him the most time they could. Wish they could have charged him with more but guess it was not possible within the law. Still 4 years hopefully without early release will give the family some peace for that time.
@@leroyumbrella6974Uncomfortable doesn’t mean cutting circulation, cops have instructions about leaving space of two fingers and it’s almost always executed, if the person complains it’s for pity or they move their arms too much
He spent so much time obsessing over her & trying to find her that her age approximately doubled by the time he found her & he got less time than that in prison.
@@OldVideoGameNerd He has been trying to find her since she was 6 & she was 12 when he found the house. They said that the FBI got involved 5 years ago, but then it showed that he only got 4.5 years in prison.
Likely because they know that they can pay their way out of the crime, but if they start fighting, they're ending either in jail or with seven pounds of freedom in their chest cavity. Like the guy who would have drugged and either killed or severely traumatized a teenage boy getting a 5k bail, which is pretty much nothing, even more so since you only have to pay 10% of it upfront before you can just walk out.
when me and my homie were teenagers this was before we even started drinking and partying yet so maybe 9th grade we went to this walmart in our town and these 2 older teenagers came up to us asking if we wanted some coke obviously we were like nah bruh yall good and kept it pushing we didn’t think anything of it but now being an adult and realizing you don’t get ‘offered’ drugs you gotta go find them i wonder if that was a set up it’s the only time in my life someone has offered drugs i’ve done a lot and even been addicted pretty bad to some but not once did anyone ever tell me they had some and offered me any i had to ask them now it seems like it was the most police shit ever but back then we didn’t even care but that’s crazy if it was a set up they were using teenagers to set up some other even younger teenagers but then again who knows maybe it was just some clowns that found their dads stash or something and genuinely just wanted to sell it it was just weird they were asking random kids they never seen before a hard drug like coke and not weed or something lol

That's the maximum. People need to stop blaming judges who can only do what the law allows them to do and start blaming our idiot politicians who make the laws in the first place.
Like groinblaster said, it's possibly a set amount in the statute, but either way prosecutors don't set bail, that's generally done by a judge or magistrate, or sometimes the cops or jail, depending on your state.
@@matthewplizga1920 the sad part is you only have to pay a fraction of it. No one actually pays the full bail. For example, in my state his actual bail payment would only be $500 through a bail bond company. Hopefully, he can't afford $500 or get a loan for it...
That last guy is schizophrenic.. and exactly the reason we need mentsl hospitals... Its sad but anyone with schizophrenia can devolve into something like that at any time. Its super scary!
Every one of those need help. Nobody specially americans dosnt help those people before they get criminals But after they got criminals america act big Its an addiction for those people that is untreated for years some can withstand it for a week some for a month and some their whole live without ever touching some innocent human. But if there would be more help for those people so they learn to control their addiction Then the rate would decrease in over 40%. Europe did proof that fact.
Hearing about the syringe of meth actually gave me chills. It makes me so sad thinking that there are most likely dozens of cases like that which don’t get caught
and he left the state shortly after apprently, does that mean he didnt get jail time? sorry im from Australia so dont know how state affairs work in the US
Well, technically, it won't PHYSICALLY hurt you!! The judge might take it the "wrong way" - but it won't physically hurt you. At least not now. But when you get to jail, it might be an issue!! We can't really guarantee anything!!
The last guy was so extreme and dangerous. Can't believe that the officer kept their patience all the way. And his response against the aggression was just as everyone will do, like I had it enough.
That cop entertained that lunacy for far too long in my opinion, he really humored his ramblings. The narrator is wrong when he says he can't be arrested for saying he's looking for a 6 year old. With the action he's already taken, that right there is certainly enough reason to bring him into custody. Its not a first amendment issue, this guy has already taken concrete steps to stalk a minor, traveling across the damn country.
I am pretty sure he was only extending it to get the man to say more incriminating things to help the charges hold and possibly hoping he could get another charge in. The more the suspect talks is usually negative for them.
God damn it's an injustice that dad didn't get 10 minutes alone with that guy. I hope the inmates find out what he's in for and that family doesn't have to worry about him finding them again.
Oh you don't have to worry about that 😭. There's always someone in a prison that pulls paperwork and moves it through the proper channels if something like this pops up in it.

$5,000 Bond for a 64 y/o bus driver charged with child enticement to give a child drugs, child sex crimes and meth possession is absurd. Bail schedule for my crime, which was a felony, should not have exceeded $10k.
It’s still sickening he was looking to be with a little girl that age. I just hope she’s still doing okay and without worry of having someone trying to stalk her down ever again.
Above it all Timothy honestly was the worst of them all because he was stalking her so hard, and he didn't even care about the parents and the police. He clearly has severe mental issues. This man is very clearly disturbed and mentally ill.
His mind is very twisted and he doesn't have a clear grasp on reality. He has misunderstood religious teachings and honestly I could tell by the way he his voice was and the way he was talking he is mentally handicapped. I'm not saying it justifies his actions, but he is very mentally ill.
One of my friends has that condition that basically stops you from physically aging in appearance. Shes 33, but looks like shes 10. That same round childish face and flat chest because her body just decided screw puberty. She was really bitter about it when we were in highschool because she still has the urges that a teen does to have sex but because she looked like a child, and teens being so mature to begin with, everyone was like ewww. As an adult she turned it into a strength and she now uses it to catch child preadators. Because she still looks like a child physically she can do sfw video/pictures with pedos and have them easily believe theyve got a kid. Then the cops get to catch the pedos. And because shes not actually a child just looks like it she has all the skills in martial arts that a long time practitioner has so she occasionally decoys herself out to really catch some creeps.
I have a friend like that too, her and her boyfriend are constantly being stopped by cops because they think she's underage. And I feel for the bf too, he genuinely loves her but everyone says he's a disgusting pedo. Like... someone has to like her, what's the alternative, she's just alone forever?
@@adamisajoker I remember seeing a video about a couple exactly like that. It was a man dating a woman who hadn't physically aged beyond age 10 or 12, but they were both in their 20s. Some people were understanding, but a lot of the comments were really nasty. It's important to consider that love isn't just about physical attraction, but also about character and personality. Having such a rare condition and growing up with that would likely result in an individual having quite a unique character upon reaching adulthood.
That’s called refusing to be a victim and taking life’s lemons and making lemonade out of them. She’s a great example of turning weakness into strength.
Pretty deplorable to bait pedophiles like this by pretending to be a horny teenager. It's a mental condition, these people need help and support instead of being villainized and enticed. There's a reason why there's so many child victims in the US and not as many in countries such as Germany, Norway, Sweden etc. Pedos are stigmatized in the US even if they do not have the intention of offending, so they are less likely to seek help and more likely to act on their urges, whereas countries such as the ones I mentioned go as far as having advertisements for people who might be pedophiles so they can seek help and support groups, and that inevitably leads to fewer victims. It is better to focus on actions that reduces the number of victims instead of focusing on retributive measures and enticing people who have a disease.
Then why was he so peaceful when they arrested him? The detective should have asked that. But hey, they have all the proof they need already so who cares if he plays dumb or not
@@legacymse7095sorry but that's not a good argument on your part because everyone should behave like he did while getting arrested. It's still really sad they bit off more than they thought they could chew. Imo, the show shouldn't have been stopped just because that one sorry excuse of a human took his own life. That's all the more reason to continue the show
If that last dude is not enough to tell you to keep your kids off social media until they are old enough to know how secure their own safety online idk what will. Kids pressuring their parents nowadays over the pressures of other kids trying to be social media stars is out of control !! More so over female kids, but male kids are just as much in danger of this as well.
Tell that to the Facebook mom's who drop the tablet in their 8yo and forget they have a kid...that being said all the generations born after 2k are stupid and should not, in any way procreate u till they get a n fing brain...
I worked in an elementary school and some kids that age have more than one smartphone on them with absolutely no oversight by the animals that bred them. How dare a teacher confront them about it too. I’m convinced that most “parents “ have no clue who and what their offspring are involved in online. Nor do many of them care. The school system is nothing more than a free babysitter and meal provider for their offspring.
Years ago, I watched a CNN program whereas pedophiles were arguing that they were in their rights to have sex with manors. It was a very shocking program, but it showed the world what the pedophiles think about their victims.
This guy stating that "12 is old - I was looking for a 6 yr old!" That's messed up!! And they should have given dad 15 minutes alone with this guy! The cops wouldn't have had to do much of anything to him! And quoting the Bible to explain his intentions is just sick!!!
To the last one: The fact that he stalked so well to find this girls house across the country just shows how much people put their info everywhere on the internet
8:28 Can we appreciate that even if they're talking to a criminal they still question him if the handcuffs are pressuring too much or not. I like that police officer.
Timothy Nielson didn't go and meet an undercover cop. He was speaking to a real child. He wasn't sure exactly where she lived so he was roaming the neighborhood and someone called the cops. When the girl's father saw the cops he came out to see if it was the guy his girl had been talking to and it was.
The father was a real dummy to go out and literally give away where his daughter lives. He brought his daughter in more danger by revealing to the creep that he's exactly standing in front of the house of the very girl he was looking for. So in 4 years time, he can stand in front of their house again. If he really got sent to jail immediately that is, if he got to bond out he could have gotten there the next day to kill or kidnap her.

There are many indications that these monsters have done this before--maybe many times... When they are apprehended, it is shocking to see just how unsurprised they are.
That last guy needs to be civilly committed. I'm shocked he actually got 4 1/2 years but that's not enough. He's obviously completely out of touch with reality and will still be a huge danger 5 years from now when he's back on the streets. They mentioned the FBI being aware of the situation for 5 years so she may have been 6yo when he first started obsessing over her. If he did actually find a random 6yo on YT that goes to show how dangerous putting your children on social media can be.
Omg that last guy is so scary. I guarantee the family was petrified. I’m worried about when he gets out. What if he stalks that poor girl for the rest of his life? Man. Crazy.
I'm pretty sure there was a case in Korea similar to what you talked about. A man raped a girl in a bathroom until her insides were literally damaged and she was left permanently disabled. He was released in 2022(or a similar year, don't remember well) into the SAME residence area where the girl was raped and still lives in till this day. Massive protests as well. Look up Cho Do Soon if you're interested!
It's great to see these monsters exposed on camera to the World. I am surprised how they get such short sentences. People in America get long sentences for fraud but being a child predator is not taken so seriously. They have their priorities backwards.
Here in Canada an old family friend showed up at our house one day and spent the night. Early the next morning my 11 year old daughter woke us up and said he'd been touching her during the night. He'd already left and I immediately called the RCMP. He was picked up and given 8 months as it was his first sexual charge. However as soon as he was released he did it again to another child and was sent back to jail. This happened a couple more times until they deemed him a dangerous offender and now will never be released. That's a huge deal here in Canada as life is only 25 years no matter what your crime is
@@realcanadiangirl64 I'm sorry to hear about what was done to your daughter. If the predator got a proper sentence the first time, those other children might have been spared. The same thing happened with Jeffery Epstein.
Knowing what they did and who is vulnerable, how can your pathetic "justice system", allow them bond. While some poor person is denied bond for shoplifting to feed their kids. You have got it wrong!
It is sad but it is reality , In America and a capitalist society , you gonna get bigger sentences if you fuck up with money than with childs. Thats discusting but that is true.
the first guy was off by only one year. That doesnt need a felony charge. Youre gonna break society abusing the felony system like that. There should be a scale. Like for example, I dont even ask for criminal records when I hire anymore because its worthless compared to just judging a person the normal way. Freakin everyone is a felon now. Hell, I have a neighbor at my old house who's "victim" is his wife 4 years his junior...they literally were in class together in HS. This is getting out of hand when you start conflating this stuff with actual pedophilia. Youre just making the charges not mean anything.
@@SuperPhunThyme9 I'm not american so idk how it works, but from my perspective, 16 is already the generous limit for sexual acts, it should be 18. Your argument makes sense and that's probably why they made age of consent a thing and why they didn't strictly put it at 18 or 21 like most laws. For me it's still perfectly acceptable for a 19yo to be with a 15yo. 18 to 20yo are probably the last couple of years where you can still justify that. But once you hit 21... Nah dude, big nope. You can't just hold on the "one more year" argument forever. It's not impossible for couples to be like that, but it's suspicious af
From what I know, the guy in the thumbnail isn't a pedo. The reason the cops were called onto him was because he was drunk, playing music loudly and constantly refused to open the door and talk to the cops about the situation. I could be wrong, but I remember watching a video with the guy on the thumbnail being arrested for doing what I had just said. Again, I could be wrong.
Report video > Spam or misleading > Misleading Thumbnail I would want people to report this if it were me, super weird of this channel to do that when they had access to plenty of arrest clips of actual pedos.
La Crosse police are very polite. Required no firearms screaming f bombs or throwing the suspect to the ground to take them into custody. Truly professional in their actions. Two thumbs up to the officers involved.
Real quick, your thumbnail for this video, that guy wasn't in a video for being a pedophile. He was drunk in his apartment being obnoxious and blaring loud music. When the cops finally came he wouldn't come out and then threatened the cop so the cops then broke his door down and arrested him.
Yeah that’s what gets me about these channels they can literally just take a cap of the footage and be done with it but they feel the need to clickbait pretty annoying.
I appreciate y’all doing the work. Thank you. I’m wisco. The more of this the less we have to do what needs to be done to protect our state and children. We don’t play games here with this. Sincerely happy the authorities feel the same. Legitimately some of the most important work.
13:40 we obviously may not know all the details necessary, but doesn't anyone find it weird that he was given rights to see the child that is not blood related to him but not the ones that are?
Yep, when you're a kid you tend to assume the best of people and it puts you at risk. When I was 11 I used to play on a popular website where you look after virtual pets and I joined a club ran by an older couple (30s to 40s) who I became friends with. After a while the man asked for my address and told me he worked at a "pants factory" and asked for my size, and offered to send me a pair of free pants. I literally thought hmmm I do like free stuff but knew I shouldn't share my address with anyone, and something about the whole thing felt a bit weird. But the guy being a pedo didn't cross my mind at all. It wasn't until many years later until I thought that his intentions may not be entirely pure. 😪
@JofoKitty omg! I'm soooo glad you trusted your instincts! It's so sad our kids can't be freaking kids without having to worry at every turn that some sick ahole is trying to get them in one way or another!
So many of these police videos take place in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I've been to La Crosse and it's a small city; hard to believe there is so much crime there...
