Holding out his breath after he hit and finished his note, to let the orchestra grandly play out the finale is part of the beautiful splender and effect ofna professional singer.

I promise I cry EVERY time I hear him sing this. Amazing!!!

The man has sung this song so often. And yet at the end you can see how the tension falls away from him. I was very lucky to see and hear him live. And although I had heard Nesun Dorma so many times before, I had tears in my eyes again that evening. Pavarotti was simply incredible
