all these 4 aspects were agreed upon both of the parties consent. 1) State restructure ma federalism established where power are decentralized as well some powers are centralized to maintain discipline 2) Form of governance becomes parliamentary system of governance where president was declared head of the state 3) Election system adopted both FPTP and PR system 4) Appointment of Cheif justice and other judges of supreme court was carried out by President on the recommendation of Constitutional Council as well as Judicial council. This is beauty of democracy
