@@mirak1934 Not really. sonic would need to account for inertia of going forward so fast that it would be impossible to drift and jump around these levels properly without hurting himself or anyone nearby. Remember. going at the speed of sound causes a sonicboom that can damage eardrums and things around it.

Probably the most skilled runs in a modded gens video I've seen, very nice! Simple and clean editing too :) (edit: jus looked at the thumbnail again, it too, is good)

Honestly I wish rings increasing your speed would be a good mechanic in the games and would add more incentive to not get hit

I’m telling you. The perfect platform Sonic game should have this speed (maybe just a tad bit slower) with some next gen graphics (like unreal engine 4-5 graphics) and some longer stages each one being tougher than the last. Having more difficult bosses and go back to finding power ups like in Adventure 2. Can’t forget having other playable characters Sorry I’m pretty stoned but you guys get the point lol
