Xfinity is horrible the people at the centers think they know more about your problem than you, and they don’t listen when you tell them they're wrong. Like this one time the lady kept telling me something was wrong with my router but I knew there wasn't because it was working right before the call. She just tried connecting it mobile, but it didn't work so she said it was broken. She said that we could have someone come out but it would take a few days. I ended up fixing it somehow by resetting or something. She was making me file a whole appointment and everything after trying one thing and giving up.
