At hour 76 of my 100 Hour Hunting Horn Challenge I came up against a Barioth that wound up at the wrong place at the wrong time. It was great to be able to show how much I've learned with the Hunting Horn over my time with it in the challenge. Enjoy!

The Horn is truely a weapon made for you from what I can tell by watching the streams, although Hammer is going to make you smile too I think :)

It sucks that there's so few of them now. There weren't a ton of us at launch either, but you'd at least encounter a few here and there. Most fun was randomly being paired with 2 other HH mains and each having a different horn for different buffs. :P

When the game first came out I tried Greatsword first, then Hammer, then Insect Glaive, and finally landed on Hunting Horn. And somehow it just instantly clicked for me. The flow of the attacks, the buffs you can give, the high survivability with only minimal loss in damage if you build right... And this video's gameplay perfectly shows why I loved the weapon so much. I haven't played in a good 1.5 years now I think. But I might go back to the game again at some point. Or I might continue MH:Rise instead. Either way, HH is the way to go for me. :P

@@GiddyFoxGaming I do plan on returning to the game to play it again some time, but I doubt it's any time soon. Still got palworld, FF14, BG3 (never finished it), and probably another 1 or 2 games to play as well. ^^;;

Great vid! Glad to see that you love HH so much like me although I'm a lance main first and foremost. I love the different variations of songs that the unique weapons play, the timing and use of recitals and encores, the positioning, and pretty much all of it. I also love stacking impacts then encore them all on a sleeping monster, feels amazing. Also, very sadge I didn't get to see the last few hours of the 100 hr HH challenge :(

Currently playing Rise, but I intend to go back to world in order to finish crafting everything for my first character, and then do it all again for my second one. In every MH game I make a man and a woman, I want to play HH as well as GL and DB which I didn't even touch on my main character
