she been waitin for this scene to hit... both my Gmoms (RIP) one white and one black both them loved chips lol.. everytime i went to the store i brought them back a bag of lays.
Trucks not gonna get unloaded if you don’t put authority behind it. I’ve not lead a team at Walmart but have at Jets and at a mortgage company. If the team lead selects your to hold down the fort, it’s your ass on the line & would you let your dumbass coworkers have a good day for you to get shitted on tmrw by management? Bc that’s bitch made plain & simple IK it’s all jokes here I’m kinda joking too but middle management is honestly the worst of both worlds
@@alexanderbankowski5617 just do your job correctly and nothing to worry about😂 that’s what I’ve always done. I can’t stand people who slack off at jobs. You’re there to work not to slack off. Why waste time slacking off when working is more beneficial and time goes by faster. I have never understood lazy people lol.
@@illusorytrutheffect I mean depends if the job isn’t hard If I don’t get paid enough I’m sure gonna take my time and slack off. Why stress ? 🤣 always do the bare minimum.
@@silveradols0021 always doing the bare minimum won’t help you level up in a work place though. I’m a manager at a manufacturing company and the work is very hard labor! I’m only 25 but worked my way up as a temp worker within 6 years. You put in the hard work and work overtime, it will pay off. Trust me, managers know the difference between their hard workers and their bare minimum workers also. I know my employees very well and am a very laid back boss but also let my employees know when they are slacking and what they need to improve on. I walk 30-40k steps a day and am always busy. If you’re working a low paying job you gotta find another alternative, there are literally sooooo many places hiring right now.
@@illusorytrutheffect I use to be a hard worker I even got Employee of the month/ Quarter. The Pandemic opened my eyes About Not killing yourself for work. If you have ambition and want to progress And be manager I support it but me I just go to work and get paid. I Rather be Employee Because you get paid More than a Manager with basic salary. Where I work a Supervisor can make more than Big leadership roles. Hotel/Industry.
They really do that. Even happened to my boy when he got a litle management position, even though he was still basically one of the crew and hated mangement 🤣🤣
Haha I basically just made this comment. Talkin bout how his next shift no one looks at him or talks to him. 😂 that’s how it always go. Even in school when the teach steps out and that one kid is always in charge. Then gets beat up at recess. Lol
He was dealing with a whole crew of clowns who were going out of their way to act a fool out of jealousy, spite, a general lack of respect. The way he acted in response was actually very admirable for someone in that position. They are there to do work and get paid for it. He was not displaying corruption; he was displaying restraint while also showing he means business. This is how the real world works. Corruption is rampant, but this is far from it.
@Ricarlo stop bootmunching Kay and make your own damn content, better yet don't go advertising that garbage in the comments especially if you're straight up stealing the creator's ideas. get out of here with that shit man
I had this co worker at Best Buy named Antonio in home theater who was really cool until he got a mini promotion. It’s crazy how fast power changes people
Yeah well it's kind of the same for me. At my job now I just got a mini promotion and it sucks because I'm going to have to tell people that I'm cool with that they can't do certain things and people get all pissed off, but it's not like I changed as a person I just have to do my job. When management is telling me to make sure no one is doing something I have to do what I'm told.
Best part of the video, hands down, & honestly that detail that's just 2 seconds long is like the perfect encapsulation for his entire channel. Next level accurate shit.
@@dallaswood4117 no shit man and then they get offended when you tell them to get to work. I don’t care if people talk when there’s not shit to do but when it’s time to work it’s time to work!! There’s a time and a place
Yeah, y’all talking that silly shit on here, but the reality is that most managers and supervisors are incompetent adults with various emotional complexes on a power trip. A lot of y’all are clinically psychopathic and Machiavellian. Literally, only 10% of people possess the inherent skills to manage/supervise. That’s an empirical fact. Basically, 90% of y’all that get management positions have no fuckin business with the job. Your job is to foster an environment of positive feedback, motivation, morale, openness, and shared agreement on purpose in the workplace. You’re not running a slave base. Get tf over yourselves.
@@Chris_T_3rd_Ward_504 that’s funny because you’re generalizing a whole lot there, bud. The fact you assume every supervisor is like that makes me think you’re just projecting because that’s how you would act if you had that position
@@AQS521 Not _every_ manager; I did acknowledge that one in every 10 person has the innate skills needed to effectively manage, didn't I? I translate (text) and have done freelance interpreting (spoken) Japanese to English, and sometimes vice versa. I've been a lead translator on projects, and I treated the grown adults I worked with like human beings, and helped to uplift them and form group cohesion. As an introvert, however, I much rather work alone. But, yeah, most managers and supervisors suck at their jobs, by nature. That's why only 36% of workers are engaged in their jobs, and good management accounts for 70% of the variance in worker engagement. Poor management costs the U.S. economy $1.3 trillion a year. Smdh. Robotic A.I. would do a better job than most humans.
I love how grandma played her part😂. She stayed all the way up in her character even after he done snatched the bag of chips. She was trying not to slap him at the same time. 😂
And you dont mess with the old folk at jobs, cause they may be old but you’ll see the chair flying at you from 80 year old Ms Gladys faster than anyone.
I need this guy to have a talk with my coworkers taking an hour long 15, an hour+ 30 minute lunch as well as standing around 10 times a day having a 30 minute conversation.
I worked in retail, and one night when we were closing, the manager gave the register keys, to this one employee to close them up, and they acted just like this 😂😂
You must have incredible memory about all the different types of people you either worked with or met. Your impersonations always remind me of someone I actually met🤣😭😭
I cannot stop binge watching these! Thank you for making me laugh out loud and for sharing your talent with all of us! Every skit you do is on point! Your talent is a blessing and a delightful distraction! You are awesome!
Luckily I've never had this situation happen to me when I was at Walmart nor at my current job but I swear I'm cussing someone out if they let that tiny ass bit of power go to their head
@@uziel900able Nah you'll get arrested and no one will want to hire you and you'll get arrested multiple times just because you get caught selling drugs til your mid 40s .
I was dead when they shorthanded but the manager dipped anyway so deadass accurate!!! 😂😂😂 then the audacity to put someone with no real power in a pseudo position of power! 😂😂😂 hit the nail right on the head!!!
All of these Walmart videos low key give me PTSD from working at Walmart but I’m also laughing my ass off at the same time because it’s so accurate lol
When he called out the guy for smelling like weed I expected the guy to say” uhhh yea we both do cuz you smoked with me” and then him saying “that was before I was in charge” or a maybe there’s a part 2 when the manager comes back and he goes and smokes with the guy he reprimanded prior 😂 this makes me realize how much fun killakay has coming up with these skits
Man that was me whenever the store manager had put me in charge of the front end with the supervisors and until I realized it wasn’t worth it and my pay wasn’t gonna change 🤣🤣 eff that grocery store 🤣
Noooooo not her chips! You done gone to far now! 🤣🤦♀️😭 Sounds just like Amazon whenever one of us manages let an L1 have a walkie-talkie, or become a learning ambassadors, or even ask them to help us to give out gifts/swag to the other associates they act like a whole new person instantly! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The dry erase board with the "unload the truck by such and such o'clock" (those fucking pallets/skids 😂😂😂) and "run the grocery truck" giving me flashbacks lmao.
you know he does a good job when its so awkward just watching his impression of the power trip boss i get the same feeling when Michael is acting weird on The Office. Cheers buddy these work ones are fucking hilarious and very relatable if you ever worked a job like that
