Pray to God to break these soul ties. They know when you do it. The demons tell them and you suddenly stop caring, let go and see them for who they are without the love spell of the soul tie. You're carrying their pain and torment and they have your soul in bondage. This is how they have a "6th sense of you." The pain you're feeling is not yours. It's theirs. They're still siphoning your energy. Breaking the soul tie erases the cognitive dissonance and dissolves any empathy or care you have. They don't deserve it. It works, loves. Be strong and heal.
It's a process...it sorta dissipates. It took the tie I had about 2 weeks to completely dissolve. It was a rough 2 weeks though. Like I said, they know. I started getting indirect hoovers and seeing the narc in public for the first time in 14 months.

Soul ties aren’t biblical whatsoever, it’s just you being in love and having your heart broke. No need to make it more complicated than it needs to be, just put it in the lords hands and and it will heal in time
@@scottoz7891 it is, yes, but once you do it is incredibly freeing, and then the avalanche of epiphanies start showing up which allows you to stay away. Once you see them as non existent, there’s no turning back. It helps to think about the relationship in completely rational terms. May you be able to break free from the chains of illusion soon.

One of the covert narcissist’s tactics are to break you down. They very craftily break down your self esteem. You know that it is disrespect. Here’s how it’s possible: one, you were raised in it. You have an identical twin so you are being trained that this is a special bond type of relationship. The mother is anti-social personality disordered so when you complain about the bullying it gets worked on for a second then abandoned due to frustration. The adults in the scene say that it is sibling rivalry and bullying and that the bully will grow out of it. With this lie, the bully is allowed to be a bully. Then the parents have this disorder as well. My dad was mostly overt but evil as well. The cruel ones are not just narcissists; they are psychopaths too. So the family dynamic causes you to learn how to put up with too much abuse. You go through life with low self esteem. No confidence. So you don’t pick and choose your friends. They pick and choose you. Your, “ friends “ were rejected by normal people so they find you, and push their way through. So now you have to learn to put up with more. Anyway, as you can see, you are being conditioned to slowly put up with stuff till you get broken down so much that they tap into your fear and really can manipulate you. This is why they tell victims not to blab to the abuser their plan of leaving them. Because they will tap into your fear and say, who’s going to be there for you when you fall? How will you have money to afford it? And on and on. Having disabilities will make it harder for you to leave. Having religious or customs beliefs will make it harder for you to leave. Covert narcissism is, covert, “ under the radar “ of detection. Even if you do detect it, they’ll say, oh, I was just kidding, or. I didn’t mean it like that. Then they watch themselves and are more careful the next time, more sly. They do the, “ Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde routine of nice/mean which throws you off and so if you do get fed up with them and leave, the family member calls you back, after two weeks, claims, “ I need help with a project in the house “ ( belief systems like, “ blood is thicker than water “ family loyalty ) you go there intending to do the job and leave but they act nice again and try and become friends again. Things like this is how it happens. Now, in a romantic relationship, sex can cause real live brain chemistry changes which can become addicting, therefore this could be a reason why someone stays. These are just some examples. Most likely the victim also has narcissism or mental illness themselves especially since it’s genetic. It may not be full-blown narcissism but their egos are messed up too whether it be genetic or environment. There are Borderlines. They’re a type of narcissist so are empaths. The original meaning of empath ( really it’s from science fiction, a novel called: “ the empath “, written around 1950 ) was a door mat, a push-over, a co-dependent. Somebody who had a hard time saying, no. A people pleaser. It wasn’t a good thing to be an empath as they suffered so much. But they’re a narcissist too, just not full-blown NPD. See Sam Vaknin’s videos on the empath to see why. Let’s not forget some people get taken by a used car salesman. So it is possible to be, “ so dumb “ or get conned. It’s just another con game only it’s your emotions that are being hijacked. Sometimes we want and choose to ignore the red flags out of our own deluding of ourselves. We hope, maybe I can change them and on and on; we play ourselves till we can’t take it anymore. Stuff like that. So yes, sometimes we are stupid enough, like you said. But fortunately good information is getting out there for people to absorb, process and move on from it. So that’s good. It’s just another path, in life, another journey that some of us take or that circumstances put us in. And we must go through it.

My mother was very co dependent on me I had guardianship from 18-25 until I had stage 4 cancer at 23 due to her being allowed to marry a paranoid schizophrenic off his meds. I told Ohio it took me 2 years to get her on her meds now you are just gonna allow this fuck you! So I espoused it 6 months after chemo. My grandfather basically raised me. That’s why I am who I am. I kid you not, the narc invaded my dream and was begging me not to leave. The next morning, he messages me after months of no contact. They definitely sense when you’re cutting the cord.

I've totally have moved on and what a feeling of heaven. In my healing journey was very emotional but the trauma bond was the worst but now I'm out of the fog, No Contact is a must, I don't think I would of survived the trauma bond but no contact in anyway at all, I moved three hours away and changed my phone number and no social media Nothing and you will heal and become strong mentally. It may take sometime but you will. No contact is a must

Doubt it in my circumstance. Ex covert fiancé brutally discarded me for his new supply. We both been silent for a month. He recently blocked me everywhere. Blessing in disguise. Will let God provide justice.

After 16 years of complete blindeness, cognitive dissonance, etc etc etc. Tuff times, surviving every day with spst,financial issues , almost homeless. But: Much more Stronger than Never! As difficult and excruciatingly painful as the current conditions may seem… give moment to pause and find a fragment of peace in knowing that there is a reason a light provided clarity into the shadow of darkness and that is a blessing the person has been removed from your life for a reason. 20 years for me and 4 children. Thankfully they are grown adults and where very aware of the character, words, and actions of you as well as the other. Heal, rebuild, and move forward towards your peace.

They use people. They also want to avoid the pain of a breakup. So say their new supply breaks up with them, well they’re gonna try and get ahold of you or somebody new to make themselves avoid pain, feel good, show the world that they are fine without them and wait it out and then Hoover that supply again and again till they get their way. It’s just a game. ( They’re punishing that supply, that’s all that they’re doing. They’re bending that supply to their will. They’re training that supply to put up with them or else ). I thought about that. My guess would be that they come face to face with the realization that they’re not all that, that they think themselves to be. So they have to face an ego deflation; a, burst of their bubble.
In his last letter before I went no contact, he said he hoped we could be friends one day. That we can find respect & forgiveness between each other. Completely delusional. There is nothing he could ever do or say that will change my mind. He literally tried to destroy me. No thanks.

My favorite narcissist and I've known a few, did manage to get invited back into my home however now I have a girlfriend. We we entertained by her for more than an hour with pizza and wine and a clown show that resulted in the narc finally being invited to leave. I drove her to her new apartment and nothing of any substance was spoken. She asked if I wanted to come up. I said I don't think so. So no happy recollection from our years in proximity. No promises, No mention of the messy way I evicted her. Nothing. Months after we announced our engagement the former gf narc called me to break up.
They don’t. If they are with new supply, you are out of sight, out of mind. But they are bullies. This isn’t the first time that they have hurt somebody so they know what’s happening due to past experience so they know that they dumped you to hurt you. They know that you are hurting and they are getting off on that thought that you are. Then if they see that you look better then they might try and come back and mess with you again. They are bullies. Your pain is their pleasure, your pleasure is their pain.
