Karlton, When is it a good idea to transfer from a Sole Perprietor to an LLC? I started an Ebay Store this year 2021 and need to know what income should I be earning to transition to an LLC, and if and how, I should file for my taxes being that this is my sole income along with the Unemployment money I received in 2021?
