Fun fact: lost seers lenses can instantly kill bosses with brilliant behemoth if you hit a non boss enemy and proc it anything else hit with the splash damage will also be instantly killed including bosses
except for voidling and mithrix because they are just actually immune to void instakills (except for the voidling black hole, for some reason that attack is just built different)
can lost seers lenses proc on will of the wisps (maybe even its void version)? because if so a forgive me please may be able to kill everything including bosses
@@xablarafa that’s not really how it works, the only reason behemoth allows it is because the explosion carries all of the effects the initial hit had. So if the initial hit hits an enemy and rolls the insta kill, then the explosion will deal that to every enemy in its’ radius. Other explosions like wisp only roll procs when they hit each enemy separately
Damn, i just got this recommended but i also want to add that if you get the HUD and an equipment cooldown build you can have both crit and deleto together
@@BeyondTrash-xe1vs except its not 10% every stack of critglasses adds 10% to the 200% baseline crit dmg resulting in the modified crit dmg being 210% and going from 200% to 210% is only a 5% increase overall thus having 10 critglasses results in crit damage being 300% (which is a 1.5x increase relative to the baseline) therefore crit glasses are genuinely kinda worthless on railgunner and picking lostseers is fine (but negligible aswell) all this to say ror2 wording when it comes to stat increases is convoluted as hell same reason why laser scope is kinda not as great as it sounds on paper being (at peak performance) just a plainly inferior version of behemoth in all ways except stacking
Great video 👍 Personally I’d picking up lost seers is a decision better made based on how your run is currently going, rather than where you want it to go. If your run is going especially poorly, where everything takes forever to kill, lost seers can help you claw that run back. While teleporter bosses will still be a struggle, charging the teleporter then fighting the boss one on one will be way easier. Overall I’d say it makes for a good “last resort” item, but crit is stronger in an average run
You basically never want to pick up lenses. If you're looping, chances are you're already strong enough to wipe the whole screen anyways, so the lenses are pointless, and if you're playing bandit or rail gunner, the glasses can be scrapped when lenses cannot. Plus the fact that lenses dont work on bosses means glasses are still better once you make it to mithrix.
Unfortunately neither are great items for Acrid. I’m pretty sure only the initial hit of his poison attacks can crit or proc the lost seers delete button. If you are running Bite N’ Blight Shmackrid I’d say crit is probably marginally better. Dino dög gang gang o7.
its not just enemies that have a red health bar in the middle of the screen that are immune, its anything that has a red health bar (without infusions ofc). this makes lost-seers a lot worse in simulacrum because the item becomes useless 20% of the time. in a loop run basically all your attacks instantly delete enemies, so even then its kinda mediocre. the only situation it would be genuinely better than normal crit is if your damage is just extremely lacking and you cant kill anything also you mentioned bandit but you probably also shouldve mentioned railgunner
I have my videos set to start at 150% speed and im in the kitchen listen to this and I think oh! it must be broken this sounds like regular speed. I go check and I am wrong, you just talk very very slow. All that to say, this could be condensed down to about 2 minutes.
