When to remove forget me nots & dead heading Hellebores 

I wished my forget-me-nots would grow better, I want more!

January/February? I'm still shoveling snow in Niagara Falls, NY. Forget me not complement my Hostas. Unfortunately, 1st week of June I pull them when cleaning up the beds. Wish they didn't have su h frail roots.😢😢😢

My forget me knots are from seeds that were given to me in memory of someone. At the moment I have two beautiful bushes but I'm planning on moving next year and want to take some with me. Can I repot some or will they die?
