He was convinvced that mayweather possessed neither ripped legs nor a ripped core, and was therefore not a legitimate warrior. The he found out that boxing isn't a men's health cover shot. Whoop whoop.
Mayweather's run across so many guys like Conor and worse. I doubt he was worried about losing to Conor at any point for a second and I don't even think Conor thought he would win for a second. He was way out of his league in a sport that was out of his comfort. But they both love money so they entertained the drama.

Conor probably took more shots to the head in this fight than he had in any other fight prior in MMA. Hasn't looked like the same fighter since either.
I used to enjoy the showman McGregor was. A cocky dude with a somehow 'cool attitude' that could back up his shit. Now he's just a sad clown that got several beat ups but still yells "yer wife's in my DMs" which is kinda pathetic
Anyone who knew anything about fighting knew McGregor was just in it for the money. Con-Con had about as much a shot of beating Mayweather as an MLB pitcher has of being an NFL QB just bc they both can throw well.
Well no shit lmfao, Conor had his few moments in their fight and was banking on him landing that one shot that would put Floyd to sleep but it didn't happen (obviously). Conor is a legend in combat sports in general. He literally made this trend of boxing super fights that the Paul brothers, RU-vidrs and even Tik Tokers are taking advantage of. They saw just how much money Conor made and they all wanted to do the same thing
Men at the end Connor was probably begging the universe that the fight should stop! I'm a bigger MMA fan than boxing, and I really hoping Connor would do us proud, you know. But those last few minutes were going badly for him. And I'm glad the ref stopped the fight as quickly as he did. Kudos to both guys though for giving us these fond memories 😁

I love how many levels there are to this game. Conor was an elite fighter, and an incredible striker. Yet boxers, especially boxers as legendary as Floyd are just a whole other level. The way Floyd perfectly judges distances, his ability move, roll punches off him, its just brilliant. I know nothing about boxing but its so clear to see the difference between both men.
I don't think trash talk gone wrong here. Everyone knew what gonna happen even connor but still dude managed to hyped everyone up. Connor is way past his fighting prime and sprit but this man is still the king of entertainment 👏

Exactly. Boxing and MMA is 2 completely different sport. MMA include striking, grappling, wrestling etc. And boxing don't have these skills even tho boxing is still a tough sport
The best was the floyd sr and mcgregor interaction. I think Mayweather appreciated someone else being able to build the fight up. I think Mayweather picked him cuz he liked his style and knew he was gunna bank. I think Conor was right I think Floyd Sr was a fan

Logan Paul and Jake Paul would both beat him with ease in a boxing ring. I've never in my life seen anyone look as bad trying to box, as Mcgregor did.

If Mayweather decided to be arrogant enough to think he could beat Connor at MMA then I would expect the same result and we would be clowning on him. That phrase "if this were mma Connor would have won" seems like something people just say to make themselves feel better.
After seeing these highlights, now I know why the fight went 10 rounds. It's because Mayweather has been used to fighting professionals and not shit ass amateurs.
