As I already explained, the whole idea of no contact is to simply pull-back and allow her the space she needs to either invest in you more, or simply let you go. It can only be a punishment if you are purposely trying to hurt her. But all she has to do is reach-out and make more of an effort, to reciprocate the level of interest you have already shown to her. If she is not willing to do that, then there is no real foundation for a healthy relationship going forward.

That's what just exactly happened to me too! I was generally enjoying my peace and my ongoing activities until this girl that i knew from last September(but i was ignoring )through meeting in one of this activities i go, from early January she started to speak to me , ask me things and giving me attention! I even caught her sometimes to look at me! Not only that she was giving me clear signs that she likes me! Eventually last 3 weeks i was starting to think about her until i said F it i cant stand this anymore and eventually i asked her out yesterday. Well... You would think after all these she would at least say yes to a 1st chill date but she said declined anyways, saying that she had already full planned with her friends for the rest of the day!
