So true. My body type has been lean and muscular since I was 12. Females have approached me through my teens and my 20s. I hit the gym 5 days a week to maintain it. I keep telling young men to hit the gym.

This video is 100. I track my waist measurement and shoulder to hip ratio. My most successful year sexually in my life was 2016. I had a 28 inch waist with 51 inch shoulders. Damn near 1.7 shoulder to hip ratio. Probably 12% body fat max. A lean and Strong body is the best hormonally and sexually!

You're not kidding, Rom. The great thing about improving yourself in all aspects is that when done right, others will begin to notice as well. For instance, when you earn a couple of promotions at the job and go from riding in some beater to driving a car that was actually manufactured in the 21st century, folks begin to pay attention. Too many of us were raised under the faulty belief that we should look to attract others based on our degrees, job status, and integrity but when you take a good look at what's going on, that's simply Pollyanna thinking. No arguments here, you want better options with women , get your body and you spirit in order. Confidence and Physique goes a long way. Interesting point about the teachers. I remember hearing the teachers speak about a teammate I had who would purposefully change for him at his locker in the hallway exposing his bare chest. He was the only person allowed to do it. All the girls would stop and swoon. The lady teachers allowed it because he had the physique of a 6'3" 25 year old fitness model at thirteen. I'm currently working hard on my body and have noticed mild results consistently with women holding eye contact with me.

The body says so much more than just to the eyes! Aside from looking good, a nice body says you may be in shape well enough to lift me up, throw my back out AND last a few LONG rounds because you apparently are up with your cardio game!
