One of several great things about this movie is that you love watching it whether you're a Jew, Christian, Muslim or atheist.

Small part that gets me is the old woman who probably spent her life a slave and thought she'd die there horribly, and now that freedom IS in her grasp she almost cant leave. It isnt until a child's encouragement that she can move forward, like how different generations can help each other through trauma.

I love that the film showed several of the guards leaving with the Hebrews, showing that there were good Egyptians who didn't like what they were essentially being forced to do.

“We were moving mountains long before we knew we could” I don’t know why but that’s such a powerful line.

Dream works needs to sit back and take a look at their older films.. this was a masterpiece.. on par with lion king as one of the best kids movies ever.. make another like this dreamworks!

If Dreamworks is planning to go back to doing Biblical movies, I really hope the next one will be about King David!

Everyone says "Shrek is the best Dreamworks movie!" NAH its this. When i was a kid i loved shrek but now since i am grown up now i love this movie because its beautiful. It tells the story of Moses in an awesome and powerful way.

When the children sing and run and play....probably the first times in their lives they'd been able to just be kids. I love this movie and the Bible message!

Praise God, He is so faithful to his faithful children. This is and will always be my favorite movie.

I went to church for the first time as an adult after listening to this song. It just awakened something profound in me

When this movie was released, I was likely 9 years old. I enjoyed singing along with some of the songs, but never got teary eyed. Now I am 28 years old, I can't help my tears from flowing. It's like a mixture of nostalgia and melancholy, reminding me of the wonder years of my childhood and the bitterness of reality that those days are long gone. I sometimes feel sad knowing that I enjoyed a wonderful childhood, but there were others, who didn't have a chance because of human selfishness and cruelty. It would have been kind if all humanity, no matter how insane, will just spare children from the cruelty.

I am a Muslim, and I love this movie, I've seen it when I was a kid and recently, it's really beautiful! The 2D is one of the best, the songs are incredible and the story is so engaging! It makes you want to know more about this magnificent religion that is Judaism!

This an amazing song. I feel like anyone who is doubting God at the moment, or is doubting their faith, should listen mainly to the second verse.

One of the most important events in Christain and Jewish history and I loved how they balanced this movie between Biblical Truth and The strength of the Human Spirit and most importanly showing God's Mercy on his people.

Us when the coronavirus ends and we all get to come out of quarantine. Seriously, I watched this movie last night and again tonight and this scene actually made me feel better. Watching THEM be so happy to finally be free makes me think of how happy everyone in the WORLD is going to be when all this is finally over and we can all see each other again:)

This is one of the most beautiful musical scores in an animated movie. It makes me tear up when Tzipporah and Miriam begin harmonizing with one another, it's just so powerful. Not to mention I lose it emotionally when the child begins to sing.

This is still a great movie, I still have it on VHS, my grown children watched it and now my grand's are. A huge lesson on believing, obedience and choices. When we have faith in Christ He can and will do the impossible. Through our obedience God will move on our behalf. And the choice to resist God or follow God, either choice will produce an outcome. Oh when that old woman is afraid to leave and that little girl assurez her it'll be okay and pulls her along. That just gets me. You see the pain the old had to endure and the fear they had and the hope the young have, unafraid of adventure because they have hope for the future. I hope that's our generation. Many of us didn't have to work for our freedom, our rights. Yeah we have trouble keeping our rights now, but it's very different from the civil rights days and our independence. To the youth of our nation it is our job to keep the nation going in the hopes of a brifht future, always learning from the past. If you read this far, thank you! we watched this movie in my RE (religious education) lesson and it came to this scene. now you should probably know that my class are not into RE at all, so i was on the verge of tears while franticly looking around to see if anyone else was crying. in the end I just sat in the corner silently sobbing and hiding my face. XD

His may be my favorite dream works movie. In my opinion.

I love how in the middle if the song, you hear the little kid singing in Hebrew and it grows and grows to a multitude of voice and they start into the English words again. #powerful
