Wow, all he needed was a leader. You can see the change in him when he looks at you as if to say “This person’s different.” His whole demeanour changed & his body language relaxed 👏 Even playing with the flag at the end.
What an amazing and intelligent horse!! Looks like he isn't mean at all, just frisky and spirited and untrained. Learns extremely fast, too. And what a great sense of humor and curiosity. SO much potential here. I can't wait to see the result of your work with him.
Lol Piper copying what you do with the flag. Very funny. Once again laying the foundation already major changes. Never get tired of watching your skills.
What a handsome horse Piper is. You do wonders with troubled horses Steve & how they change for the better after your disciplined them kindness mixed with firmness. Thanks for sharing Steve.
Beautiful, beautiful animal! My goodness! Another one who’s full of the good stuff! So young and just needed leadership. Another horse healed! Happy Birthday Steve!!!! Welcome to the 60 club! May you be blessed with many more years of making a difference and bringing kindness into this world. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
He’s lovely and once he realised you were not going to go away his attitude started to change, a few sessions with you and he’ll be a different horse with a bright future, he doesn’t seem like a nasty horse at all just young and misunderstood.
What a beautiful horse on the outside, and watching you bring out how beautiful he actually is on the inside is pretty fantastic! I can't wait for the demo!
Bravo Steve, your horse is gorgeous and looks so funny and cute playing with the flag. He 's really clever too, he learns quickly. Having such a good teacher (with some pink colour shorts! 😍😉) is great for him ! From France 😄👍🏻🐴❤🇫🇷
Absolutely bloomin' brilliant, perfect handling and horsemanship, this is how it should be done!! I take my hat off to you Sir 🎩 Wishing you a very Happy Birthday, have a great day 🎉😊 (Even though I do not know you) Greetings from Hamburg ⛵️ Your Anthony
Clever horse with a sense humor what a great character. When he gets over nonsense he'll be real fun for an experienced rider. He's lovely and so are you Steve
Fantastic!! What a beautiful horse, looks like he's got a great character too....looking forward to the updates on him! Thank you so much for sharing these videos 🙏
The work before the work!I always admire your gentle approach, Steve. Shows the difference between power & force. Power can teach. Force never does. Great raw video showing essential technique.
Very heartening - obvious he's a beautiful horse, just very nervous, which of course makes people nervous & keeps them at bay! Lovely to see that he got his feet tidied up & should be all ready for tomorrow - hope he won't mind an audience. - Well actually you're well under way by now, all the best Everyone!
Another great video clip 💖 Piper is waving the flag. He knows it's your birthday. 🎉🎂 Happy Birthday, Steve. Many Happy Returns! Have a wonderful day with your friends and family! 😊
What a beautiful horse, once you have worked him he will be so happy and all that frustration will turn into amazing energy, thanks for sharing, have a great day, Happy birthday 🎉🎉
Beautiful horse., What a personality. You don't need to be able to speak horse to understand what Piper is saying. Great that you are there in control, Steve. Lovely bonding/hooking-up. Has Piper had her hair dyed? Looks as if the color is running in the area of the saddle.
Here, in Texas, we would say that "he's full of spit and vinegar!" He IS stunning, to watch. I so admire your skills and style, in dealing with these magnificent horses. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, STEVE!!! (Eat some cake!)
Omg what a sassy brat, and gorgeous creature. He throws in a fart just for extra emphasis! Remarkable watching you stay calm and focused, and watch him respond. 👍💕
Great little prelude to the demo! It looks like you are exactly what he needs! Never gets old watching you connect with these wonderful horses! Hope you had a great birthday!❤❤🎉🎉
Another great example of how proper horsemanship training, like Steve does, can change a horse’s demeanour very quickly. Well done Steve. P.S.: Have a very Happy Birthday, Steve. Wishing you many more to come. 🎉🎂 CHEERS 🍻🍷🍷
Im not a horse person which is not to say i dont love horses...so why do i watch these great videos? I love how much respect is shown to the animals and admire the skill shown in the training. Carry on !
G’day Steve HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 Playing with the Perfect Peter Piper Picking a Peck of Pickled Peppers 🫑 🌶 With many source blessings with truth clarity love light laughter happiness joy fun play creativity adventures abundance wisdom wealth and may peace be with you all! Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 xoxo 😘
He is very beautiful and "spicy"! Glad he'll be getting started by you and not an well intentioned but inexperienced person. It's easier to tame him correctly from the beginning, than to have to fix badly trained behaviours later. Can't wait to see more of this guy. Admiration from Canada.
Looks like a warmblood shame about the missing white sock on the front near side. Guessing he will end up about 17-17.2 hands. Hope the owner does something with him and not just a field ornament!
Looks so similar to an old friends horse , who was also a WelshD/Warmblood, and he himself was troubled, if Piper ends up looking like him he’ll be absolutely gorgeous
What a sweet, funny and smart horse! He's also beautiful to look at, which never hurts. Once he gets the idea that he's safe with you his education will progress by leaps and bounds- plus, he'll have a great time learning. Win!
He seems playful even with the flag like kid who is so irritating because they want to joke around but they don’t know the perameters that will be funny instead of irritating. This is going to be good. What a gorgeous horse.
