Amen. Regardless of the feeling Jesus is Lord. And he is our great high priest who can empathize with our temptations and our lives but never sinned. There’s been a lot of isolation in my life but I am so grateful for Jesus. He’s really there.

Timely... I Jost lost my last friend, my best friend a month ago, but my relationship with God has increased 10 fold as a result as me having no one else besides my family. I do feel lonely sometimes, and have felt guilty, so thank you for clearing that up 🙏 God will bring the right people into my life, like a Father He cares for us

on point again! i think many young people feel alone those days, specially if they are trying to avoid all the things that this world is bringing. But something Jesus taught me was that at the right time the right people come. He doesn't want us to be 100% alone, because it wouldn't even make sense if He says we need to congregate, take care of each other... He even encourage friendship in Proverbs 18:1. So I think that this solitude can be a time to get closer to Him and truly know Him.

Thanks for the message bro. I am 35 years old and even after accepting Christ as Lord and Savior 15 years ago, I still get this feeling of loneliness. I'll say that while it sucks, I know God has blessed me with the drive to give me the opportunity to work hard on being the best version of yourself you can be and I found that people have been naturally coming to me. I still feel seasons of emptiness but looking back, I managed to build so much for myself in being fit, having a good career making 6 figures, owning my house, and having that mindset for that wife that I am capable of taking care of spiritually, mentally, and physically. It may suck at times but stay faithful and if you look around, you will see all the accomplishments and fulfillment you have done for yourself that God has instilled in you. Again, thanks for the message and it was definitely uplifting. Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Thank you for sharing Orlando. I can relate, I am a relatively new christian. My close family and friends are not christian, so I often feel lonely. They don't share my love for Jesus, which is hard. I am so grateful for church acquaintances and online communities. Even my cats, they make me feel less lonely. God leads me through difficult lonely times and gives me connection with other people when I least expect it, I still feel lonely but I know He does see me and takes care of me. Take care 🙏

Hey, Orlando! This is very timely. It's been years since I've accepted Christ and joined a church but the feeling of loneliness never really went away. It's reached a boiling point where I've considered changing churches instead of staying in this one because of the lack of sense of belonging in this community. (I've tried my level best to connect for years to no avail.) It's been excruciatingly lonely and I could only pray about my predicament. Glad you talked about this. I needed to hear this from someone else in the faith walk. It's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one facing this.

One thing I have learned is never put your eyes on man. Man can disappoint you, man can betray, lie and let you down. Always keep your eyes on Jesus. Look at Peter. The second he took his sight away from Jesus on the boat, he began to sink. Jesus will never abandon you.

@@Orlando-Kang Yes, myself at well. I remember after receiving the Holy Spirit from God on December 31, 2017 it was some time after when I read Isaiah 53 and knew through revelation from God that is it was about Jesus. I don't recall anyone telling me this. I believe it was God that showed me.

Thank you so much. This encouragement, from a Christian perspective, was exactly what I needed. There is a tendency to feel misunderstood for being lonely as a Christian. But I believe, like you, that there is nothing wrong with this. God created us this way. I am in a very lonely time, and I love the thought that we can bring that to God, and He is with us in it. He does not judge us for it. He made us to need connection.

I use to be somewhat "upset" with God because I too also felt that guilt of loneliness even if i had God. I'm thankful for youtubers like you, you're right it's okay and normal for us to sometimes crave interactions with others because the lord DID make us social creatures. I was beginning to turn on him and questioned but he never gives us that guilt and hatred.

Whenever i feel like this i remind myself of time when God created Adam and even if Adam had God he still felt lonely so God said “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him" and he gave him Eve. So whenever i feel wrong about feeling lonely i remember that only because i have God doesn't mean i have to limit only to him

I have been alone for a longtime (even though I still have 3 kids at home). 2 christmas ago, I was so lonely, I thought i was loosing my mind. I struggle to have a deep relationship with God even though I am being trained in it. And cant even read my bible and pray. Lord, help!!!

Thank you for this. Quite recently, I have been feeling lonely. I made three friends from the university. Two of them seem extremely busy with life. Sometimes I when I call (for less than 7 mins) them(once a week) to check up on them (it feels like I'm bothering them). I had to let go of the last one because she is not a believer and isn't willing to surrender her life to Jesus Christ. This experience has made me trust God more than ever. Cos I have realised that He always listens and is an ever present help. I am confident that in the right time He will surround me with a godly company

I can relate so much.. Even as an introvert feeling comfortable in my loneliness and love to spend time on my own it hurts when you realize that even your closer people cannot understand. So even when they're around the loneliness is still there. You've done great job with your content!

Wow this video moved some emotions in my heart, I've been feeling lonely, even more living alone in other country (Peru), but today I was thinking about this and I was telling God that it would be nice to have a friend near me (I have a friend but who I practice English with, but he lives on the other side of the world and it's not the same as having a friend at least in the same city), someone to spend some good time or even better doing Bible study, but at the same time came to my mind the thought of "maybe God wants me to spend this period of loneliness with Him, maybe He wants me to draw near to Him" and maybe that's what it is.

Thank you very much for this video. These last 2 years have been really complicated for me, had a loss last year (my father), but also a lot of blessings, one of them having the opportunity to do part of my phD in another country (something like an Erasmus). And I'm loving the opportunity and I thank God every single day for it, but at the same time it can feel a bit more lonely than I usually feel in my country. For me the best thing though is being here by myself allows me to freely open to God with all my feelings and really have the freedom to cry (you know, without bumping to your mom for example and she worrying about you etc etc). I tried sharing this feeling of loneliness with some people, but in the end I understood that I only have God to share these feelings with...some don't understand so well or are just "you're having an amazing opportunity, focus on that" and I know this, I'm totaly concious and aware about this, but it doesn't mean some days are really hard. And these statements only made me feel bad and guilty about my feelings, that I wasn't being grateful enough. I also think I didn't have a proper time to process my father passing, because everything happened really fast. Well, anyway, ended up venting a little bit here, but really, thank you very much for the video and may God continue to bless you and your channel :)

I’m a lonely Christian (A teen at that) and I’ve been lonely for about 5 years now. I don’t have the best influences in my life, and I just feel like my growth is being stunted because of it. I don’t have any good friends and on top of that I struggle with lust/impure thoughts at times. I feel like such a failure. I just want to get close to god. I just want him to hold me and hug me. I just want my father in heaven but at the same time he just feels so far away.

After I graduated from school my bestie stopped talking to me. My connection with my school friend group is lost .At college I haven't found a friend group that share the same intrest as me. My dad is the only one who talks to me most of the time at home but he works in a different country and comes home only on leave.

i am just saved, I've gone through being suicidal, living with death wish, porn etc. but lately, I've been feeling lonely and disappointed by my condition and people around me. i feel incredibly guilty at times cos having Christ, the King of all kings should be enough. I've always been alone and it's so difficult to deal but you're absolutely right. God is everything and this lonely spirit should be defeated and driven out. I believe that I won't lack anything.

I think a big part of it is FEELING lonely. Coming from someone who literally got addicted to c0rn for 7 years because of how lonely she FELT, I'm begging you, (just as much as God begs my work in progress self when I get tempted by things that will lead me back to c0rn) - QUIT LISTENING TO HOW YOU FEEL and instead, listen to how you ARE (which is NOT alone - ever.)
