I've spent my day on my creative writing, erasing valentines day from my mind to drift into whatever world I created in my story. I hope more people like you in their 20's recognize it's okay to be single and don't feel rushed into the "expected" happy life. I rushed into relationships in my 20's that deep down never felt right to begin with. I never imagined being in my 30's and being single, but now more than ever feeling happier being alone than being with someone to escape loneliness. I'm quite introverted myself so I can get by in my own company. Of course I have days where I feel alone, but I know I'll be happier in the long run if I keep patient until I meet someone that I just naturally bond with. Thank you for sharing as it's not an easy topic to discuss, but with all the buzz of valentines day it's great to have more singles' perspective and the assurance that being alone is not necessarily a bad thing 😊
I been alone since 2004,i like to know what to do to keep myself busy and not stay home thinking ,i also suffer from anxiety.where can i get involve nyc to keep myself busy in helping others?
I am in a relationship but I still like that to do a lot of things on my own like going for lunch, going for coffee, going to yoga class and going shopping mainly. Even if I go on holiday with my other half sometimes we do things separately. Great vlog.x
Based on this video, I think you know what you want in a partner but you might be afraid that it’ll be hard to find. And because of that you’re overthinking it and the process too much. Just be patient and relaxed about it. You’ll find your person, or they’ll find you in the most random time and place imaginable. I’m the meantime just be you, enjoy your life and continue trying to better yourself. It’ll pay off Carina 🙂
