I agree, especially with Jeter. Everyone's argument against him is, "his advanced stats aren't good enough". No one even cares that he was a leader or a great player, and that numbers don't tell the whole story. They all just look at the stats on paper and decide who's good or not.

He isn’t the only player to have defensive highlights but not be statistically good at his position. Look at Trout he robs homers and makes great diving catches but his number aren’t that great. Jeter is an all-time great because he’s bat especially in the postseason

@@97NikeSb he actually doesn't do much better in the playoffs like he overshadowed Alex Rodriguez who was much better at like everything in baseball even before he took steroids, sure he wasn't as consistent in the postseason but in the 2000 ALCS Rodriguez did quite a bit better and also Jeter was never the biggest problem for a pitcher to face against the Yankees anyway.
