When you Start a Business - Do These 2 Things First: test your Value Proposition, AND verify there is a Compelling Reason to Buy. The two are different - a compelling value proposition does not necessarily mean there is a compelling reason to buy! Verify both, and your odds of business success are much higher. Having worked with hundreds of entrepreneur over the past 20 years, I convinced that skipping one or both of these steps greatly increases the odds of new business failure. So take the time to do both!
