She doesn't offered a draw. She actually thought it's a stalemate and white has no moves to make.

@@Aerixes. i believe the girl in white genuinely thought it was a stalemate when the king couldn't move.. and if that really were the case, the girl in white didn't offer a draw.. she thought it was a stalemate(hence a forced draw, not a draw by agreement)

@@Sreejesh1803 I don't think she genuinely thought it was a draw. It was so clear that there are other pawn moves to be made....she just tried to play the dirty trick of offering a draw....Yes, u heard it right...sometimes kids are schooled to play such tricks against their opponents..

That's a bit harsh, no? They are inexperienced little girls who are not sure of themselves, but who both want to win. They are both in a foreign country, probably don't speak English very well, and certainly don't know each other's language.

Precisely, because the king is under check and has nowhere to run that's called checkmate. Sometimes the stalemate happens, automatic draw, but this is not the case.
