I worked in food preps for a couple years. One thing you find out on day one: if you are not briskly and efficiently moving at all times other than taking a second to drink water... you are falling behind falling behind falling behind. This kitchen is one where the guys are content to take it easy way too often. Two years working in food preps, other than to sip water or coffee, I don't think I ever stopped moving other than to observe carefully if needing to observe for a moment (in which case you observe and get it fast, they don't have time for a 1/2 hour seminar while you play catch-up).

RIP Genevieve the server from the last clip, I’ve been dealing with epilepsy the last two years of my life and it’s depressing and stressful. So sad to read she has passed away, especially with complications with epilepsy must have been hard and I really feel for her and her whole family. If I ever get it figured out cuz they can’t find my medication and the amount I will never forget her name and that I read that it really hit me hard and made me sad. Truly RIP Genevieve
