Being athletic was my outlet. I was a runner too. I did track and field in high school, not to mention we (my siblings) had horses at home where sometimes we had to run after if we wanted to ride as well. I didn't have a dad around and my mother did not make herself emotionally available. So it was up to me alone to accomplish my goals. Once I realized I could run like these track stars I knew this was going to be my thing. I did it alone with no help from my mother (or my father). My coaches and team mates were my only inspiration and that was enough to keep me going. 🎉❤🎉

@@editafuentes4472 I am an Early Childhood Educator and preferences of children begin before they are born! If mom is listening and singing to heavy metal during her pregnancy, baby will be used to this, and sense the familiarity and comfort as well! This goes with all activities… such as this video and running! No doubt the little guy enjoys running, he’s done it for 9 months with her already :) You should ask your mom if she enjoyed any particular foods while pregnant with you. Maybe it is one of your favourite foods! I hope this helps and gave you some insight into child development.

Pelvic floor therapy is a must!

I've had 3 children naturally and never had pelvic floor problems. I ran and kept fit with all of my pregnancies the same as this woman did, Usually it's people that let themselves get overweight and don't do any physical activity that have the pelvic floor and perineum problems. Use it or lose it.

@@Kirstys635 That's not true at all. In France they offer pelvic floor therapy after every pregnancy to help heal and also prevent any more issues. You might be fine which is awesome but being lazy is not the reason for the issues. Some of us get put on bedrest, some carry multiples, some tear so badly they need major repairs, etc.

@@Kirstys635 Also in America it's considered normal to have bladder leakage especially after menopause when it's actually not normal at all and can be helped with therapy or hormone replacement.

@@joanna0988 I had a 9.2 pound baby, I have had 3 kids naturally and I tore with my first and like I said I never had those issues because I have been fit my whole life. The body is comprised of muscles. If you don't exercise and you let yourself get overweight you will automatically have problems. Muscles can heal if you keep them in shape. The pelvic floor is made up of muscles, tissue and some tendons. And you can say those things are normal but those are not "normal" at all. I can assure you peeing yourself isn't normal. You should get to a point where you fully recover. People are too sedentary and as a result they think their problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle are normal. They are not normal, if they were normal they would not need to be addressed.

Ive got 5 kids...with 3 of them ,I couldnt move much, either... but I could with the first and the last....In my case it was because I only had one pregnancy to heal from.. .

I mean it depends from person to person but usually if you are high level of activity before pregnancy it’s better to continue that with some modifications.

For me the opposite it was the first trimester...

How is that? He hasn't begun to live his sweet little life. Why would a child his age be burned out??? Isn't it true that practice makes perfect!!! He's got youth on his side. He'll be able to run for as long as he has the discipline to do so. I am sure if that's what his little heart desires, Mom's a pro. She's got his back a thousand times over🙏👍
