Where are all the Elk in Colorado? 

I see it all over the message boards and forums: Where are all the elk? How do I find elk? Why can't I locate elk?
In this video I detail many habitat and terrain features that contribute to areas that will attract and hold elk. Topics include the rut, food sources, where to find elk on the mountain and when, as well as some ideas for how to get off the beaten path. The second part of the video is a topographic map highlighted with some of the features discussed in the video, such as north facing slopes, spurs and draws.
