Well I think the Minnesota Vikings will be shining this next season of 2024 Football Games because they have been outstanding on the field at TrainTraining Camp plus they have been through a lot for the whole month of July losing Rookie Khyree Jackson and Injured Mekhi Blackmon and the Vikings will be stronger to win all the season games just for there 2 lockdown cornerbacks Number 31 Khyree Jackson and Number 5 Mekhi Blackmon.
After watching every snap from JJ at UM, I'd say... if he is your "long-term plan" for QB, throw him to the wolves immediately. Start him day 1. Will he struggle? Of course, but he'll learn faster and won't be rattled. He doesn't get overwhelmed or make the same mistake twice because he's just WIRED different. What do I mean? As TRUE FRESHMAN, he came in vs Wisconsin for 1 play, heaved a 56 yard completion, and sat back down. Did the same thing vs ohio state - came in on 3rd&13, threaded a 31 yd dime, and sat back down. That was his only play of the game. A couple weeks later, when UM was down 27-3 vs #1 Georgia in CFP, starting QB Cade McNamara got injured, JJ came in and marched the ball right downfield and had UM's only TD of the game. - What true freshmen does ThAt???!!! They are supposed to come in and hand the ball off a couple times and go sit. He only got better from there, 27-1 as a starter himself, and won a natty. "Pressure" doesn't affect him.
He played half of the season last year. He has an injury history. He should expect a pay cut. He was offered $5 million. I think it's fair but it's his right to move on. Pete... he is not a short yardage guy.
Lmao didn’t y’all just pay a QB max money for half a season? So why should Jones expect a pay cut and yet Love get a max contract? 😂 Sounds hypocritical to me.
