No way Cillian is 7. Facial harmony is above everything no matter how great features you have if they aren't harmonised you're not gonna look good, and Cillian is a very handsome and pleasing face to look at.

While Cillains eyes level may be flawed, his colouring is so striking that it matters less. Even if his looks are unconventional, he’s still above a 7 imo.

Hexum doesnt even have a Negative canthal tilt just a droopy lower eyelid + he some minor flaws like his lower third being way too large ( 39% of his facial height) and also slightly too high gonial angle
