@@GuzmanLaBelica did you see the transparent toilets in Japan I use them in my travel, when you go in and lock the door it will apply heavy blur effects on transparent walls, they can use that same technology to make garage doors more efficient to work at the night too we would love that
All Floridians know those garage screens have existed for decades. They’re a staple and necessary if you want to be in your garage and not get eaten alive or let a monsoon into your home.
A good business idea would be building custom ones outta aluminum & screen to fit different shapes sizes of garage doors...These would come in handy pretty much everywhere in the summertime.
I’m a garage door guy… those Lifestyle Screen doors have been a thing for a while and they’re really only useful for specific people. Namely if you hang out in your garage a lot and want some fresh air. They’re also pretty expensive, the cost for my company is about $1200, and we install them for about $1800… and you’ll want to get them installed because they are a major pain in the ass. We literally have one guy who has been putting them together for about 8 years now and it takes him about 2 hours… if he rushes he can get that down to about an hour and a half but every time we’ve sold one to someone who will install it themselves they have always called us back out to put it in for them after they spend 5-8 hours trying to figure it out. The frame is an aluminum square tube that’s easy to bend and scratch and the screen is pretty difficult to even start, let alone get it right (when it’s not done right it gets all wavy and just looks like shit), and the way the cable is ran makes absolutely no sense at all to anyone who hasn’t put them in before… hell, I’ve put in probably 10 throughout the last 3-4 years and it doesn’t make any sense to me lmao Also people just don’t understand the door on it… probably 10% of the people we sell them to we get a call back on because “the door is broken” and we need to go out and show them how to actually use it… it’s pretty funny imo… one guy actually broke his since he kept twisting it until it got stuck and he forced it open… that was a fun day.

Nowadays I’m mostly in the shop due to an injury (shoulder, shocker) and that guy I talked about who always put them together isn’t here anymore so guess who gets to put them together now… You think it’s too late to amend my comment and tell everyone to put it together themselves 😬 I fucking hate these things 😂

I Have Had A Invasion Of Skunk or Skunks?. In My Garage Before.. Yrs Ago.. Maybe It Was Our Dogs That Made It So Bad When It Or They Got Caught?!. Never Found Out Whether there was more than one?. The Smell Travels All Though Out Your House!!!. 😩 Our Garage Is Attached!. DAYS Before You Can Get Rid Of That Smell!!. Mothballs At All Entrances Helps Wards Them Off From Coming In.. And Eventually Catching One In A Cage And Getting Rid Of It!. 🫤🎉

My grand father long ago before I was born made a garage door on the out side of the door with screen doors so my great grandma could sit on my garage stairs cause she couldn’t make it out side it still stands to this day and we love it just wish my grandpa could see that door today.
my parents got the screen for their garage a couple years back, i can vouch that it is great. keeps out bugs, decent at retaining heat, and you can only really see through the screen from inside
When they first made waterguns, they didnt think the technology would advance them to be automatic water shooters, all they had back then was the pump action. This is why we need to ban all waterguns.

We had a screen on our garage in the 70's as a kid, it was great when the garage door was up. The only thing was ours didn't slide down like this one. Ours was permanently afixed across the front and didn't move.😊
