Where is the Best Burger in Wilmington NC? Well in my opinion, its Winnie Tavern over at 1895 Burnett Blvd in Wilmington. There are lots of great burgers places in Wilmington NC, but I think Winnie's Tavern gives you that down home southern feel. Located right near Sunset Park, Winnie's has been a Wilmington staple for 62 years!!!
