Here's another rare clip of WTAI with Keith Allison singing Fats Domino's "I'm In Love Again" to Action Kids dancer Roberta Tennes. I'm not sure of the exact airdate but it was most likely sometime in the late summer or early fall of 1965 when Keith first joined the show. Keith passed away on Nov. 19 2021 and Roberta passed away in 2015. (RIP to both of them)

I watched the show religiously- I was 10 or 11- and learned all the latest dances from the Action kids! I used to know all their names, but now only Roberta, Jeri Lynn and Jimmy. We used to think Keith looked kind of like Paul McCartney!

I was 12, in love with Keith Alison and Mark Lindsay. Saw a local bank last night that played Kix, Rock On... Steve and Shell Shock from Tucson AZ.

Keith was a friend of mine. Such a sweet, lovely man. During his heyday, the '60's, the Paul thing was actually part of the promo "And kids- he looks just like Paul McCartney!" And he was, in fact, Godfather to one of Ringo's children, and remained close to Ringo until the end. Up until Covid stopped everything he was part of the Waddy Wachtel Band nights at "The Joint" in LA. He was a much-loved part of the shows, and just a great guy to have around. Everybody loved Keith. And we all miss him.

I used to watch where the action is when I was 9 or 10 years old I'm 69 and I love to watch these videos on RU-vid and watch the action kids dancing on where the action is my favorite dancing girl was Jerry Lynn Stapleton with the ponytail and a white ribbon in her hair you'll see her in this video and this is a great time to put this kind of stuff back on television instead of all this negative stuff❤❤❤ 0:16

Hey Aaron! This is a pretty cool clip. I didn't know Keith did a version of this, pretty laid back. Also, the video quality on this is great, along with the other clip you uploaded from this episode (thanks Uncle George! Lol) Motown's Shorty Long (RIP) did a rollicking version of this song too in 1969 that went unreleased until some years ago, and it's up on RU-vid if you're interested. RIP to both Keith & Roberta. Thanks for this Aaron!

@@jthyme7940 Yeah, thought so, I guess I could always download and cut out the intro/outro and get rid of the humming, then I would have a "proper" recording of it. One of the annoying things, when RU-vid doesn't post music from lesser known artists and the only recording is on an old tv show.
