If you are a chef and you have the time and money to spend and you choose to eat at places like this then you obviously dont put your focus on being a chef. What happend to chefs who arent afraid to work? If your preps and line cooks are working 50 hour weeks and cooking for themselves and getting paid enough to make the bills and you are taking the time to go have a sit down and enjoy austins finest then you are not a chef, but rather a retired chef.
