Don't compare one particular place & conclude the entire district is exorbitantly priced higher It's like saying, XYZ Ltd in stock market is trading at 300 PE Ratio, so entire stock market is over valued! Not a sensible comparison!

If only the world worked as per ones thoughts, we would have had too many problems to handle and the cities and state’s would be divided into smaller pieces. We are in a democracy, even if certain things don’t go as per our wishes, we have to embrace them. Let us learn to accept things my friend. But I appreciate your comments 👍

All the places mentioned have run up. Return on investment has sharply come down. Today renting is preferable to buying. Investment should be in places NOT mentioned because that is where your investment will grow. Since there is a mismatch between salary/income and price, buying has come down. Not mentioned whether rates are for plot or apartment. Nothing new.

@@kishenmilaney I'm a data analytics professional observing the Chennai real estate market from early 2k. Till end of COVID the prices were still in the recent months prices are inflated almost double or more. Which is unrealistic. If some one invests in inflated market it will take another 10 yrs to appreciate any further same scenario happened before and after the lehman brothers collapse in USA during the subprime crisis.
