You can get a two bedroom/2 bathroom, and an eight minute walk to the beach in Versalles for that amount.

Sadly a 1 bedroom Even here in Rural kentucky is now 1,500+ . Times are bad here. People are leaving

Nice neighborhood do the buses stop in there. Or how close is the bus stop?

Do the taxis go into that neighborhood ? How much do they charge to go to the malecon ? Or zona romantica ?

Whoever pays that price either he's crazy or he has money to burn. I've been in Vallarta so many times since 2004, in fact I got married there. Looks like the American, the German and the British done. A very good job into inflated the price so much that the local cannot even afford to rent anything. .
