I really like that Alien Force and Ultimate Alien Ben could be told apart by listening to their dialogue lol. AF feels mature and understanding like a cool older brother while UA Ben feels like mix between his ten year old self and AF self like a douche celebrity which is neat.
I just finished omniverse a couple months ago. Now that ben 10 reboot is over, I can watch it. I hope they make another ben 10 series that follows the original ben tho.
Wait when did Omniverse Ben ever say he didn't know what Alien X was ? Unless your talking about the one who looked like Omniverse Ben from the other Max's universe

Ngl, labeling the reboot of Ben 10 as an alternative dimension makes me happy and satisfied with it instead of mad with it adding to or replacing the prime Ben's time from the og show
More so this is either an alternate omniverse or these bens universes shift so far off the prime axis that, perhaps, this was not actually a true omniverse threat. They might have just over assumed based on their levels of threat but compared to Ben Prime, Paradox, and threats seen closer to the prime axis this celestial sapien wasn't on the radar.
I don't think so he might have looked similar but no way Ben Prime would be iced by such a weak Alien-X. This was just another far curve Ben, like no-watch ben was
@@ethansargent I feel like he was no watch Ben's future self or another Ben who's timeline was very similar as well as closely related to Ben prime, which would explain his poor alien choice and similar dress code.
As Paradox said, there’s always more to reality than one imagines All this aside, this could serve as a bit of a back door opening to a sequel series. A way for fans to get used to the idea of Ben as a teenager and being voiced by Yuri
Remember the 'Next Universe Over' from The forge of Creation episode? Perhaps THAT was the Reboot timeline! It does have some cartoony, counter-intuitive physics :P
yeah Paradox: That is the next universe over. I don't like it at all. The physics are terribly counter-intuitive. Kevin: Wait, I thought the universe was everything. Paradox: A common error of the parochial mind. There's always more to reality than one imagines.
In defence of Duncan, all his statements were likely to avoid spoilers because people keep asking him. He said once said the Plumbers didn't exist in the Reboot and there were no plans for the aliens that would appear in these last 3 specials.
I actually really liked this. The fact that Evil Ben completely lost because he was never able to understand teamwork- the message pushed in every other iteration of Ben 10 is just whoa. So close, but 'almost doesn't count'. He didn't listen to Grandpa and Gwen, probably easily convinced Serena and Belicus to step aside with such misplaced ambition (even Omniverse Ben got 'the keys' to Alien X) costing a whole lot of power because it seems he simply loses omnipotence without them, and lost because of his absolute lack of will, at last, transforming back. Any tool can only be as useful as applied by its wielder.
That's a really good explanation as to why Alien X was so weak. It pushes the narrative of needing to have teamwork to be strong. You could also explain Paradox not showing due to the restraining order the Celestialsapiens have on him.
If that was an actual Alien X he would've just stand there. Belicis and Serena argue for eternity and even if Ben is filled with vengance they would still frickin argue.
It has its strengths, but tbh I hope we get another ben prime (Original Continuity that is) tv show as a sequel to omniverse. Omniverse ended with them wanting to go exploring, so just mirror the original series with adventures that instead of moving around the US, they move around the universe. It would really solidify all the worldbuilding
The definition of "Omniverse" is that it's multiple multiverses, universe and metaverses. So they can exist in the same Omniverse, but not the same Multiverse. My theory is that since The Forge of Creation is outside of Ben Prime's Universe, meaning its in THEIR multiverse. Maybe this multiverse have a weaker versions of celestialsapiens with only having 1 or 2 personalities while in Ben Prime's multiverse, they are stronger but having 2 or 3 personalities. Edit: Maybe this multiverse doesn't have the incident that created Paradox. I'm not sure if Paradox can cross multiverses but if they are in the same omniverse, that means that he can't.
I imagine that the Ultimate Alien Ben in this special when he was getting the ultimatrix from Albedo he said: “Crap I put it on backwards! Fuck it I am not gonna take this off again”
What I'm upset about this special is that there aren't that many aliens. For example, every alternate Ben uses only one alien when they have a variety in their playlist, while Alien Force Ben only used 2 consistently.
I mean they could have just changed the colors of Bigchill and there Ultimate Bigchill hell they had 2 Heat-Blasts so more fire powers they used Spidermonkey in Ben 10010 so why not give him to aline force Ben if they have a design and i whis omniverse Ben used Feedback
@@rrr271003 yep all i wanted to se was Ultimate Humangousaur shoting rockets in the background and i would be happy and Ultimate Bigchill and Bigchill have the same voice
To give the benefit of the doubt to the Omniverse Ben, the Omnitrix in Omniverse does do the rising dial once he chooses an alien. And often times, Ben doesn't even pay attention long enough to have the holographic scroll wheel pop up. There's a point in Omniverse when Ben just started activating and immediately slamming the Omnitrix down
I think it is important to notice that "omniverse" is frequently used to refer to literally everything (reality and fiction, possibility and impossibility); while this video (and the special) are refering to it as a collection of connected multiverses, a concept frequently dubbed a "megaverse"!
@@driveasandwich6734 I can’t tell you how many times i had my own head fan fix of that concept, and the ability to travel between Multiverses😭 Just didn’t have a name for it.
@@driveasandwich6734 so i did some research about mega verses you you led me down a rabbit hole that made be discover an Ordverse 😭 like what’s even the point of anything above a Megaverse, storytelling wise
While none of the bens are ben prime, can we all just acknowledge how cool it was that each long transformation sequence for the alternate bens is done in the style of their respective show's style(albeit with reboot artwork)? That's how you do fanservice right
I love that this is the show runners way of saying that the shows are grew up with weren't just erased and replaced they are still a part of this franchise even if their story has been concluded for the time being
lets just hope that someone doesn't do something that messes Ben 10 up I mean sure the Reboot had its ups and downs but in the end it was decent but since we know someone isn't going to let it die that easy they are gonna bring Ben 10 back someway
we actually kinda know why Paradox was not in this special remember in Ultimate Alien when Paradox braught the trio to the Forge of Creation and what he said "that is the next universe over, i don't like it at all"
@@APlatypus I don't understand the meaning of your comment, could you rephrase it? If you mean there are more differences you'd be right, still I'm explaining what paradox said
My headcanon is that celestialsapiens exist outside the omniverse And reboot alien xs weaker powers were because of bellicus and serena weakening him by not letting him use full power
@@christianparrish6647 Meagan Smith is pretty much retired. And (this is mostly opinion), I'm kinda tired of hearing Ashley Johnson as Gwen, even though I like her as a voice actor and a person.
The evil Ben's Alien X wasn't rewriting the universe or instantly killing everything he touches, is because he wasn't trying to. He wanted to make everyone as alone is he is, not kill them or remove them from existence Not to mention, they never actually say he has master-control, maybe Serena and Belicus are holding him back somehow Or maybe he just doesn't want to mess-up the timeline or attract the attention of the Celestialsapien Council
Actually, no, it’s implied that Evil Ben killed a bunch of Alternate Bens. Don’t believe me? Maximillian said on the ship scene that “at least a few survived”, which implies that Evil Ben is willing to sink that low to make sure that other Ben’s suffer as he did, also the flashback when an Alternate OV Ben who went Four Arms fought Evil Alien X.
@@WebbedManiac I'd like to think he subconciously assumed limits to Alien X that became "true" due to his immensely powerful reality alteration abilities.
@@WebbedManiac best explanation is evil ben’s alien x just straight up isnt as powerful as prime Alien X. Hes closer to what we see omniverse ben do with him after he gains full control over the form with Bellicus and Serena out of the way with the telepathy stuff.
Yeah well rewriting the universe is the point for him to look for the omnitrixes in the first place. He needed them. He could have just thought about fulfilling his goal and it would be done. There is no excuse for his defeat. Also if he's not in master control he can't move. He would be motionless

Q: Couldn’t Paradox not be there because he’s not allowed to go near Celestialsapians? A: Paradox doesn’t really care about that rule. In “Forge of Creation”, he’s literally standing in the palms of one, in their own domain. The only time he ever did show concern for that rule was when he was physically inside of Alien X’s head. Besides, Reboot X was just another Ben, something Paradox has no problem getting involved with. Q: Didn’t Duncan Rouleau confirm on Twitter they ALL are Ben Prime? A: Yes, but that still contradicts the episode. You can’t have four Ben Primes without time travel, which Max makes clear is not the case. If Duncan’s answer is enough for you, I’m glad you came to your own conclusion. But that simply isn’t enough for me with all of this evidence stacked against it.
@@xaropante you said it yourself, the faceplate moves and reveals the omnitrix core. In Alien X-tinction the entire faceplate just lifts up and acts as the core.
I like to think that Paradox was involved in some way in the background, like when Eon was defeated in Race Against Time film. Alien X is almost like the Eon equivalent in the reboot, both go around hunting different versions of Ben.
@@xaropante He meant the square part does not slide open to reveal its core as it did in Omniverse. Instead, in this reboot version, the square faceplate is part of the of the cylinder core when it pops up.
I can't tell which confused me more, the other Ben 10 specials or the rebooted Generator Rex crossover. I mean, one of the Bens openly pointed out one of my biggest gripes with the reboot; Gwen's lack of magical powers. That was why her whole "Madame President" future made no sense to me. Also, one of the Teen Bens pointing out Gwen's relationship with Kevin makes me miss THAT continuity of the series even more
Does anyone remember paradox once mentioned an alternate timeline where albedo transformed into alien x and was trapped motionless , it would have been awesome if they actually used this alien-x as the bad guy of the alien x-tinction movie rather than using an alternate version of Ben . It could also be a tie in to why Ben in ultimate alien put a transformation lock to make sure albedo wouldn't get access to alien x .
I swear Albedo turning into Alien X and being trapped in the form happened back in the Vilgax Attacks videogame. Since that isn't the Prime universe (something to do with Chromastone being different iirc), maybe Paradox was referencing that one?
@@jantheking7028 according to everyone on earth, it was, but if you want my opinion, I mean it was better than the other 2 movies that came with it, they kinda dealt with the situation in a ben 10 reboot kinda way, the beginning was weird, just watch it
The Ben 10 reboot is a prime example that not all reboots or bad. Sure the original was leagues better them in a lot of ways, but the reboot isn’t striving to be that, it’s supposed to be the original classic series for kids. And I love it for that. People get turned off my reboots simply because it’s replacing a show they love, but like this one and other examples like rise of the TMNT, it shows that you can do a reboot right. I didn’t even know it was going to be over, but I’m glad they made it.
Now that we saw versions of Ben that resemble each show being in the same room, which one is your favorite in terms of personality? I will start by saying Alien Force Ben. He is so mature and easy to look up to as a potential role model.
Hearing the alien force theme play in the background as we hear alien force tribute Ben speak for the first time in the special was such a really cool detail
I know most of the Ben's were acting like idiots they were acting like they never fought alien x before but reboot Ben and kid Ben were exceptions because they didn't even know that alien x existed
I’m so sick of people talking about the Ultimatrix being upside down and the OV Omnitrix working differently when we’ve had similar errors before. Albedo’s stabilizer in OV was drawn upside down for a whole episode and Ben 23’s Omnitrix had the hologram display in another.
they don't care, from my standpoint at all, they shat in our faces back in 2017 when they announced this reboot! fact of the matter, like bruhhhh, we could've had ben 10, 000 series finally which could've lead into a ken 10 series as well!!!!! so they decided to say fuck us, some people can like the reboot, my stance on it was very clear from the beginning
@@goober7959 i really get the vibe that they were trying to make the show good but then some higher-up decided to make it a "little different" and screwed up the whole thing
My theory with the reboot Alien X is that the transformation was incomplete and he needed to get more omnitrixes to become a full Celestialsapien which is the reason my he is so weak.
@@TheInkTankI think the only time where that rule applies is when he's actually near like the pocket dimension that contains the personalities of alien x

Im still so happy to hear Yuri as Ben again,I love him as Vilgax in the reboot so I was already down for this. I cried so hard at the end, Ben 10 has always been part of my life, wither watching the premiere to Alien force at age 7 or now enjoying the reboot after giving it a chance season 3, Ben was there to follow me. Hell some of my trusted friends are online friends i met cause of this show. I could say the same for Generator Rex or the secret saturdays which also got me to enjoy action cartoons and got me into cryptids but Ben will be on top for me. Yuri Lowenthal is my Ben and Im so grateful for him like how I am for Tara Strong to be the voice of 10 year old Ben. Im sad to see the reboot go but with Ben Gen 10 and maybe a teenage reboot Ben, I will await what comes next.
Idk if anyone pointed this out, but when ultimate alien ben says “play your cards right and youll get it soon enough”, hes talking to alien force ben. Just a little interesting detail
I really appreciate though how their old designs were Incorporated into this. I appreciate what they did for fans, hopefully though we can go back to the original continuity some time in the future.
In The Episode Forge Of The Creation Paradox explained to Kevin that the universe isn’t everything and the red star is a different universe is this the Reboot Universe?
Not relevant to the topic but idk I preferred Paradox' minimalistic look in Alien Force. A smug and smart timewalker existing outside the bounds of time, whose manner of speaking use both past, present, and future tense. His newer look was a bit too flashy imo.
Fun fact this is the last episode of the reboot so after this we might get an sequel to reboot a classic ben 10 when he is 18 with master control a ken 10 or ben 10000
@Omarion Goulbourne any reasons why they shouldn't? because they basically shitted on us with that reboot! ben 10, 000 should've been the one we should've gotten back in 2017, but no! they wanted a reboot and it could've led into a ken 10 series, ugh
Paradox only appears to make sure the danger goes right such as aggregor, ben war, and Maltruent. My theory is that he knew it would be handled correctly so he didn't step in. It is usually ben prime that he helps as if he's gone, the multiversal tree is killed along with him as this was shown with no watch ben creating the multiverse tree by making sure ben prime aquires the omnitrix, giving birth to the others such as Gwen 10, Ben 23, emo ben, mad ben, bizarro ben, and even Eon technically as he is a variation of ben which may be a stretch but is canon/accurate as all Bens were killed with thr chronosapien time bomb along with him
Even if Benjamin prime doesn’t actually show up at least each iteration (3 of them at least 05, UAF and OV) at least each showed up Edit: for an unscripted video it was pretty good
Would've been funny if, when talking about Celestial Sapiens and the show not mattering after we stop watching it, you had edited it so that you suddenly vanished from your chair for a few seconds as if some Celestial Sapien was like, "Oh, you think we don't really matter? What if I make it so that the matter that you're made up of doesn't exist anymore?"
I think none of them are the cannon because there was a lot inconsistencies with mainly the Ben omniverse, ultimate, a alien force he doesn't even know alien X
For Alien Force Ben, you can make the argument this was before X = Ben + 2 when Ben unlocked Alien X, but even with that, you still have to take into account that he's a plumber when he doesn't officially become a plumber until Ultimate Alien and Max isn't missing like he is in the first season of Alien Force.
I feel like this series was overhated sure it did a lot wrong in the first season but after that it started getting better and I get the gripes about the design but overall it was a pretty decent show
Another thing that cuts classic Ben and alien force Bens in the episode is that Ben 10 prime didn’t learn about the multiverse until between ultimate alien and omniverse.
Well This Alien X did easily defeat a tetramand, when he killed an alternate version of the supposed Ben prime when he was as Four arms My theory as to why Alien X lost in the end is because of the mindset of this evil timeline version of Ben 10K. He only wanted to prove something as a result was too stuck up trying to prove it that he didn't properly train with Alien X. He just saw that Alien X had so much damn power and didn't second guess to not train, he just immediately went out with his plan. He seemed to somehow just start using him without properly understanding it's true power and nature In Universe vs Tennyson, We can see that in order to use Celestialsapiens to their fullest, one must be decisive and flexible with their actions and have an understanding to execute what you want to do. Like how Ben transformed himself into so many copies of himself as Alien X and created a Galaxy sized black hole to outsmart the decisiveness of galactic gladiator Imagine if evil Ben 10K trained as Alien X and then went on executing his plan He legit would've succeeded in his goal and won the ending fight But this is just my guess though, could be wrong 😐
I'm also wondering did they reference at the end the "road trip" at the end of omniverse when grandpa said to the Ben who was Alien X "we'll go on an intergalactic roadtrip through the omniverse"
I am glad we now might have a real continuity, personally my favorite is the ultimate version, because omniverse got a personality backtrack, he was maturing during all the show, and in omniverse he is like a child again. Because of all that my favourite episode is the one when he confronts his childhood hero.
5:40 so there is a reason Paradox wouldn’t be there. It would be getting in the path of a celestial sapien which was stated in Ultimate Alien as against pre-existing laws that prevent paradox from being within a certain distance of a celestial sapien. So far the only error that I noticed but your points overall are very accurate.
Me:excited to see all the Bens in one special episode. Also me seeing the ultimatrix and complete omnitrix looking different and working the wrong way:(visible pain)
The special was pretty good I only have like 3 problems with it. They aren't too major i still enjoyed the special these are just my nitpicks 1. The first Ben we see is just forgotten after he lost his watch 2.The omniverse version of Ben only uses Blocks 3. Alien X is massmassively nerfed
I agree with 1 and 2 but for 3 you need to realise that the version of alien x we see isn’t trying to kill everyone he wants to make everyone alone like him and just steal the watch he doesn’t want to kill so he’s not gonna use his op powers cause let’s be honest everyone would be dead if he did
@@misterroyale6519 ...but the Max that was chasing him said he already killed multiple different bens so why wouldn't he go for the kill on these ones?
Alien X-Tinction is honestly something I never would have expected the Reboot to pull off and yet it did. The only gripe I had with it was that out of all the Alt!Bens and Gwen, only AF Ben used more than one transformation (as he uses both Chromastone and Big Chill). Speaking of Big Chill's transformation, hearing the Alien Force theme during that sequence made me squee so freaking much!
I know right. All these Bens and Gwen and yet Alien Force Ben is the only one to remember he have more than 1 alien in his Omnitrix. Gwen 10 especially got the short end since she turn into Ripjaws, an alien who haven't beaten a villain on land yet.
SPOILERS: there were so many noticeable animation errors in this special. And why didn't UA ben use ANY ultimate alien? Also if max in this timeline was a plumber why didn't he intervene AT ALL in the series?
Spoiler: Literally, there was a scene where Reboot Ben lost his Omnitrix then later one gave a speech or something similar we can clearly see that he has it back on his wrist again for a good 10 seconds and then it disappears again
@@mohammadmurie precisely, I'm not one to notice animation errors but that stood out a lot. Same with the ben gen 10 special. There was a scene where Ben was surrounded and the baby humongasaur inexplicably became an adult.
