That’s a great list. I think I’d agree for the most part. Maybe Mistborn and Wax&Wayne could each shift down in terms of approachability? But honestly, no complaints. Great list!

I read The Stormlight Archive (2 books) and the first book of Mistborn, and they were all pretty YA. I heard that Sanderson is a fan of Dark Souls and Elden Ring. He could write something in the same tone as these games.

I just started reading the first book in the Stormlight Archive. I wish I had purchased the hardcover edition, If I like it I will get the hardcovers in the remaining books.
