Which Character you should PULL ? Skip 2.2? save for 2.3 ? | Honkai Star Rail 

My acc is all dps but still i'm going to pull for boothil😭

I’m no hunt enjoyer, but Boothills got my attention. I’m also missing a Physical DPS so it’s perfect. The rest of my jades is going to Firefly and her LC.

Ofc if you want a certain character, I'd say you pull for them. It's fun playing as characters you enjoy above everything else. ❤

I have been saving for boothill, but I might need to pull robin anyway because of the strain put on my ruan mei in pure fiction/MOC for meta dual DPS teams

Im thinking of getting Boothill mainly because he looks fun and its getting real stale constantly using Acheron for every fight, Id use him until Id get Firefly especially for break teams

Also ruan mei rerun could be close, maybe she comes with firefly as she seems so important for her and boothill so I will wait and save

So I barely have any dps on my account. The only one I invested in was Jingliu. I do have some decent supports, I got loucha from the previous banner, I have bronya, an e6 pela and some others. So I desperately need dps and even though topaz could be really interesting I am going with boothil as a good physical damage dealer will help me get some more wins in Forgotten hall and help me grind more for future characters

Man, I was all set to try for Topaz (I have raised Dr Ration, Jing Yuan, Blade, Xueyi, Herta and Adventurine, so my FUA roster is stacked). However, Firefly might provide better fire dmg coverage 🤔 And I'm loving the early info about Jade! She would be an ideal complement to mon quantum as well as lower output dps hitters (she would go nuts with Herta). I've gone without Topaz so far, so might be worth holding off and aeeing how the other two pan out kit-wise.

I was going to save for Fu Xuan, but I ultimately decided I like Aventurine better for funny shields with MoV and lore.

I’d love robin for the dmg boost but i need more dps so topaz it is if i end up with a 5 star in the patch

Im going for boothill because I need a DPS for the new hunt mode, and i already have sparkel and ruan mei, so i dont need any more harmony, and my other teams are an acheron team who wants nihility. And an argenti team who used different support compard to boothill, so robin won't be of any use on my account, in comparison to boothill and fu xuan. Also, after getting boothill, I won't be in need of any other dps.

Have all the supports and the rerun chars, so easy skip on Robin. Boothill maybe, but definitely getting FF and then maybe Jade, after we see the next banners for 2.4

I should wait for huohuo since i have aventurine with acheron...but i really like fu xuan and my qingque and lunae can both benefit. Such difficult choice.

I use Gepard's LC on S4 for her, but can up her with this...but want firefly 😅 (mega pull archeron, don't pull Aventurine, have 77 tickets today) ... and dam if the rerun of ruan mei is on 2.3 (i have stopped the game on 1.4 and retry on this 2.1 so don't have her)

Unrelated but can someone answer me this Harmony MC does Super Break dmg based on toughness dmg the attack will deal plus break effect. Does that mean Misha will be dealing high dmg with his ult if he is built for BE for some reason? Someone told me that the dmg calculation doesn't take into consideration the element multiplier so that means his low multiplier wouldn't matter?

I'm a bit torn between buffing my FUA team with Robin or going for Boothill, but I think I'm choosing Boothill this time. He's just too cool and I want him despite already having a Physical DPS in Argenti.

Should I pull for firefly or ruan Mei I am at 55 pity guaranteed I also have 78 warps but the only dps I have is Seele and Acheron and both of them don’t need ruan Mei so who should I pull for?

See, I am going for Firefly because I just want her. Robin and Jade would be better, though, because my best built characters are pretty much all my follow-up units, and between that and DoT being my favorite archetype's in the game..... yeah..... RIP my account.... q~q Hopefully Jiaoqiu won't be out IMMEDIATELY after all that. I can already feel a possible regrettable decision going on.

I think I'm okay skipping Fu Xuan since I got Aventurine, don't think 2 preservation characters are needed, I'll probably wait for HuoHuo to have 1 healer and 1 preservation. Probably skipping Robin too since her main FUA team is way too expensive, same reason for Topaz as she needs E1S1 for Ratio. Jade is probably only good for Full Fiction That leaves Boothill and Sam, both are cool. Cowboy looks easy to build and f2p friendly but he's Hunt and it's annoying when you have to fight multiple mobs and remember he only implants phys weakness with his Ult, if the enemy is not weak to physical his damage is garbage, so large group of mobs will be extremely annoying to fight imo. Now Fierfly looks amazing and her E1 makes her implant Fire weakness with her skill, that's huge. I don't know about her LC but if she's like Blade, her LC will be way better than the f2p options. So I'll probably have to skip everything for Firefly e1s1. Hopefully I get her early and have leftover tickets for Ruan Mei and HuoHuo on their rerun, if I fail I'll have to pray Hoyo releases a new 5* sustain in a few more patches lol.

Jade sounds like a Topaz support. Anyone who plays her knows Numby hits 8 times and keeps on taking turns. Too bad I won’t pull her since I gotta get Sparkle for the Quantum team.

I have all Harmony chars 4*/5* well built but only Luocha for sustain. So, I'll pull Robin + Sig LC and FuXuan but if I lose 50/50 on Robin, I will save and only go for FuXuan

I still can't decide between Boothill and Topaz, I have Aventurine and Ratio, so she would boost them up a bit (tho I did hear, that just E0S0 Topaz is underwhelming), and I do have plenty of DPS, but Boothill just seems so freaking cool, and might also be a character, with which I'll be prepared for the new Hunt Pure Fiction

People asking if they should pull FuXuan even though they have aventurine, if you have the means then yes. It is always good to have 2 great sustainers for game modes like pure fiction and hall of memories where you need to have two strong teams. Aventurine can’t be on both unfortunately.

Saving up for Jade and Huohuo rerun.. to complete my second team.. just got into the game 😂

should I pull for Fu Xuan if I have Aventurine? Or should I save for Huo Huo rerun? Also Robin or Ruan Mei? I want to pull for Sam as well and maybe Jade if she’s on Black Swan’s level, or else gonna wait for the tarot lady to come back.

Boothill cause no physical DPS and the new endgame coming out thats single target focused also break meta fun and sam cause no fire dps and sam is cool af also break dps so I can really invest into break units and make it apart of my account I’m telling yall rn break meta is coming and its looking to be the strongest meta so far by a long shot

I feel like when people discuss Fu Xuan its better to compare her to aventurine who is her competitor i have aventurine but i have no idea if i should Fu Xuan or not

if anyone wants to give me advice, i’d appreciate it cause i’m conflicted on pulling my two main teams (unbuilt, took a lot of breaks) are: seele, silver wolf, sparkle, lynx and dr. ratio, topaz, ruan mei, huo huo units im considering pulling and why: adventurein to replace huohuo, fu xuan to replace lynx, or robin to replace ruan mei. i also lack any limited multi-target units (like literally, i don’t have one) so i was considering picking up a unit from 2.3 Why is this game so complicated

Guys; I need help... I enjoy Clara's playstyle, but he follow up is quite inconsistent (I have e6 March and Lynx) but I don't know if they'll improve her syngery with Robin, so I'm thinking of Topaz for Clara (e1) or Ratio (most likely Clara) so should I pull Robin or Topaz? Also I'm most likely gonna go with Lynx for Clara due to aggro manipulations, since preservation characters have higher aggro value than destruction, with abundance having the lowest. Or should I just skip 2.2 entirely and go for 2.3? I might not get firefly because... dps will always be dps, so maybe Jade? But even then I'm not all that interested (unless leaks come out) Not many people talk about Clara's synergy with Robin, so I'm thinking that Clara's synergy isnt that great with Robin compared to the IPC teams

Do you guys just see a number and then thats it? You dont look at the rest of the kit or try to provide correct info after actually using the character? Robin's ERR is a non-issue. She gets so much of it back during her ult and then she immediately takes her turn again once the ult is over. I think once or twice her skill after her ult wasnt quite enough to get her ult back. Stop parroting.

I would say robin is much more of a priority than ppl think, just look at Ruan mei, if you only look at her kit you would think she's just a break buffer but she's actually an universally good unit, I think it's the same case for robin, her kit screams follow up attack but she's gonna be able to shine with other team comps aswell, even if you have Ruan mei already, I would say the only bad thing about her is not being able to run her on 2 teams lol, so having a similar character like robin could solve that, and also most of the best comps rn rely on the whole team contributing to the overall damage not just one unit dealing 100% of it, so having another AOE buffer besides Ruan mei could be a good thing for the future
