i accidently got nilue while building pitty. my heart sank as soo as i got her. i wanted the 4 * on her banner and i wanted to try all teams that existed in the game, bloom being one of them but hen i level her up and took lvl 1 1 1 nilu to abyss. i got ascended. soo fucking good in aoe and soo fucking brain dead no crazy set ups. and my 300 ping ass struggles with international. now i use her every where. over world event domain i use her more than childe. the whole international team is soo shit in over world. it does too much dmg and very clunky in over world

I got zhong c2 trying to pull fremi lol (already had c1 since i pulled him twice in one 10-pull on his first banner) and its actually so fun! Getting to use his pillars on a ssuper short cooldown since you never have to hold e anymore is actually super goofy and novel. Microwave may not be the strongest with its sooo much smoother and funnier with zhong c2

I ended up doing this for fun but I set it up differently since tier 2 and 3 seemed so similar. I changed them to "5 stars I could want or be willing to lose to if rolling for 4 stars" and then "4 stars that could influence me to roll on a banner" So this way you would have 4 and 5 stars I might not specifically want strongly but could be influenced to aim for or lose to while trying to get any 4 stars I do want. Right now theres only 2 5 stars I want in Chiori and Keqing and obviously I can't influence Keqing. But there are 5 4 stars I do want and so they influence my decisions quite a bit. The 2 tiers ended up way more filled up than I expected. There are a few 5 stars I wouldn't mind having since they seem fun but its unlikely i'd actually play them. There are also a few I wouldn't mind losing to because the cons are pretty strong though I would worry it could make abyss too easy. There are also some I wouldn't mind getting or cons of simply for faster exploration. Then for 4 stars that could influence me to roll are mainly ones I wouldn't mind passively getting c6 of with time. Suffering from things needing C6 to feel good is a problem and as those 4 stars slowly gain cons with time, they could move up to me really wanting them ass I get down to the last 1-2 cons needed.

as someone that plays from the first patch, I do have most characters I "want". The only 5* that I kinda want and I'm missing is Shenhe. And I would not really pull for 4*s That's why this tear list would be better if you imagine you just start the game

Personally, I am the type that prefers battle rifle, anti materiel rifle in shooting games, so I tend to prefer character that hit hard although this types are not meta in Genshin. In the end a game is all about personal enjoyment not conformity.
