WHICH LEVEL OF HYPNOSIS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED?? ARONS DEPTH SCALE OF HYPNOSIS - TRANCE LEVELS EXPLAINED 

Could you make a video guiding the listener down through these stages, and giving us the suggestions that would be possible at that stage? For example, we start at stage 1 and you make our eyes stick together, you guide us down to stage 2 and you make our arm freeze, you guide us further to stage 3 and you make us forget a number, etc, all the way down to profound somnambulism where you play a sound and tell us we can’t hear it. Each stage would have its own suggestion showcasing what can be done at that stage. Of course some people go deeper into trance at different rates, but I was thinking it would just be for the average listener.

I noticed that now just hearing your voice makes me drowsy. I'm watching all the videos now and seeing different effects. Very cool. By the way, I love your glasses. They frame your face nicely.

I was gonna start a rap career on SoundCloud, call myself Lil’ Aphasia. Had to give up the dream though, I kept getting tongue-tied ☹️ Them’s the breaks, I guess. I’m really enjoying all these videos! I thought hypnosis was simply a state of mind but didn’t realize there were many levels. Personally, I’ve felt super heavy and noticed my fingers and toes twitching just a little (glad to learn that’s not weird!) There was this one really cool instance where I let go of my name one letter at a time. 10/10

You are by far the most trustworthy of everyone i looked at in this domain! I havent been hypnotized anywhere, even at a clinical hypnotist with more than 20 years of experience. I know this hypnagogic was activated but the problem is that i havent met anyone who can "hijack" my conscious. Do you have any comment on why it could be so? Best regards

Another great educational video. I could actually remember details from the various descriptions you gave of the various states of hypnosis from times I’ve been hypnotized myself. I have been out under very deep hypnosis before but whether a 5 or 6 I don’t know. In that state a lot of time seem to pass quickly amd I’m pretty confused when I first come of it but after a few minutes I start to realize hat just happened.

I've heard from other hypnotists that "depth isn't really a thing"

only 20 to 30% of people are capable of reaching such deep trance states that one can make them forget their name or suggest that they are Elvis. It doesn't work for me either. So far, I've never been able to forget a number or my name. Unfortunately! this is why show hypnotists only look for those candidates from a large number of candidates who are suitable for their purposes. Or how do you see that?

Do all rhe stages have to go in that order? For example can someone go to stage 4 right after induction? I noticed watching ither hypnotists is that they do things like making themselves Invisible and forgetting things last.

Can these stages vary from hypnotist to hypnotist? As in does this hinge on the rapport between a subject and hypnotist and not solely based upon the subject's suggestibility?
