I disagree. Los Santos in SA has a gangster vibe but each city you go to has a very different vibe if it’s own. San Fierro feels like you’re in a whole different map so does Las Venturas. GTA 5 should’ve incorporated them as well

@al.ss11 LOLLL what a scrub. Gta 5 is a big map with nothing in it . San Andreas has everything but graphics. Everything else san andreas takes a massive thick dump on GTA 5. I know for a fact your a zoomer. An actual fool. Gta 5 is boring as hell. They aren't even thug, gangsters or good criminals . All the gta 5 protagonists just have insane mental illness and aren't even likable. Gta 5 map has less to do in it then half of San Andreas's map. Gta 5 also has absolutely no love and soul in it. The game is trash and one of the worst GTA Games in terms of story. Get out of here. You don't even know what your talking about. Your uneducated opinion is trash.

San Andreas is way better than Gta 5 because it has multiple cities and environmets to explore and was more features like getting buff or cool missions where you actually go to another state

Multiple Cities - They all are half empty and barren. Literally cardboard. Multiple Environments - Desert, Forest. (Both are empty too) "Cool missions where you go to another state" there is only one mission which makes you travel to the Liberty... And you are stuck in the building.

@@Tommyknocker. GTA V doesn't have a lot of the features that San Andreas has like eating,Dancing, Exercising to get stronger, learning martial arts should I name more. I agree with you that gta San Andreas cities are pretty barren and cardboard but I just like having cities to travel too and the fact that you can also go to the airport and get a flight makes it feel like you can do more

In terms of graphics and resemblance to real life LA, then yes GTA 5 LS is by no doubts better. But in terms of experiences though... San Andreas LS is something irreplaceable and will forever remain #1. Grove Street, Home... That line alone has defined a whole generation. On the other hand most of what I remember from GTA 5 LS are the griefer battles and Oppressor MK2 flying around the city.

Of-course not.... Graphics aside... San Andreas had a pretty Diverse Map with Three Entire Cities, even if it wasn't all that large,it never felt small.. GTA 5 has a Large Map,but what can you do ? Just One City, you can't buy Houses, Less Interiors.. GTA San Andreas just had that versatile map that GTA 5 lacks... Las Venturas is my favorite GTA City till date

If they added 2 more cities to GTA V’s San Andreas it would’ve been the best map in rockstar history, the reasoning behind the difference is because GTA V is based in Southern California, while GTA San Andreas takes place in the whole state of California and Nevada.

They should’ve saved the Los Santos idea for GTA IV and return to Vice City in GTA V. Then when GTA IV releases. We could’ve gotten Los Santos, San Fierros, Las Venturas as one huge map.

SA’s strong point was that it did not only have 3 cities but also multiple counties and towns with different terrains. V’s strong point is that Los Santos and its surrounding area was actually super detailed and bigger.

I think Rockstar had explained a while ago that they made the cities on islands to give the map a more complete feeling rather than have to close players off with blockades or barriers, but it's not canon in the lore, so it's safe to say that these maps are connected in one huge fictional version of the US.

I am nobody to comment i have never played gta 5 , but recently played gta sa, and I am not being nostalgic here. Gta sa ls a small map compared to gta 5 but feels very big, it has many things to do. Don't know about gta 5 one thought, but heard people complaining its map is empty. Hoping to play gta 5 very soon.
